「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「コモから路線バスで行き、バス停の目の前でアクセスはよかったです。入り口は道路に面していますが、客室はコモ湖側だったので、車の音も気にならず、隔離された静かな立地がよかったです。設備はやや古さを感じ、バスルームがちょっとカビっぽい印象はありますが、目の前にコモ湖が広がり、部屋から景色を堪能できました。併設のレストランも落ち着いていて、お料理やサービスも満足でした。」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Bellagio Dreams. Roberta met us on arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay. Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our long weekend - wished we had stayed longer.」

「The perfect peaceful villa stay overlooking Lake Como! All staff were a pleasure to deal with, helpful and attentive. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and eggs/bacon on a morning and coffee/tea facilities in the room with a complementary bottle of water each in the fridge. Bathroom fully equipt with shampoo, conditioner and moisturizers which were lovely. Decor felt very luxurious and clean. We had a car which made it easy to get around, would say it might be quite restricting in this area...

「We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.」
