「朝食、夕食２食付きプランで宿泊しました。ホテル経営のグリルバーで何でも注文OK。どれを食べても美味しかった。特にリブステーキ・ムール貝のクリームソース 12泊したので毎日堪能しました。女性スタッフのAndriaとChrystallaがとても親切で良く気が付く方でお陰で楽しく旅をすることができました。絶対に食事付きにされる事お勧めします。空港からも４１９番バスでわずか1.5ユーロで行く事ができます。 少し街からは離れていますがバスを上手に利用すると全然問題なしです。美味しい、フレンドリーを期待するならこのホテルを強くお勧めします。」

「The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. 「北キプロスとのチェックポイントまで歩いていける距離にあり、便利です。 小さな階段が沢山あり、スーツケースにはあまり優しくないホテルです。 部屋は清潔ですが、トイレの蓋がなぜか開けてもすぐ下りてきてしまうため、いつもお尻で抑えながら座っていました（笑） とはいえ、素晴らしかったのはフロントのスタッフ。 空港行きのシャトルバス乗り場までの行き方を聞くと、バス乗り場までは歩いて行けないから…とタクシーを予約してくれ、バスの時刻表まで調べてくれました。 彼女の助けが無いと、無事空港まで辿り着けていなかったと思います。とても感謝しています。」

「とにかく設備の老朽化が著しい。特にシャワールームは酷く、シャワーホースから水漏れがしました。Wifiはロビーのゲストとルームの2種類が用意されていることになっていますが、ルーム用は全く感知できず、ゲスト用はすぐに途切れて使い物になりません。また折悪しく少年サッカークラブの合宿が行われており、隣室や廊下は少年たちの話し声や騒音で遅くまで騒々しく、山の中での休息を求めて利用したはずが全く得られませんでした。食事も合宿のせいか、3食ともビュッフェ形式で提供され、メニューが毎日ほぼ同じで、味は良いものの2日で飽きが来ました。スタッフのサービスはかなり良いレベルですが、毎年夏に同様の合宿が行われるのであれば、残念ですが再び利用する気にはなれません。」

I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent.
