「Cozy and welcoming. Has everything you need. Pool and sauna close by and a big plus. A little tight to get to the car unloading space in front of the house with the car, parking lot is a few minutes walking distance (up/downhill). Not suitable if you have mobility issues (steps to and in the house).」

「Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht. Die Hütte bietet, für ihre Größe, sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und natürlich Pisten sind in der Umgebung schnell erreichbar. Das kostenfreie kleine Schwimmbad mit Sauna wurde durch uns gerne genutzt.」

「鉄道駅から徒歩15分以内です。駅のすぐ裏側なのですが、踏切を渡って行くので少し迂回します。湖の近くで朝、夕、散歩したりして、気持ち良かったです。ホテルに小さなお店が併設されており、飲み物、食べ物の値段も手ごろです。湖の近くには羊がいたり、遊具もあり、子供を遊ばせながらゆっくり景色を楽しめました。部屋も広く、洗面所、浴室が2つ、トイレが3つあります。洗濯機は部屋にはなく、ロビーの近くにある様でした。キッチン用品、食洗器、洗剤等もそろっており、快適に過ごせました。朝食もおいしかったです。清掃費が高いため連泊すると得をする価格設定です。ハルシュタットに泊まりたかったのですが、予約が取れずこちらにしましたが、湖の近くで景色も楽しめますし、価格も手ごろになり、車や船で簡単にハルシュタットに行けます。スーパーは駅からホテルと反対側になります。」

「ホテルではなくて民泊ではないですか？　最初からそう言ってもらわないと困る。朝食も込みだったのが　たまたま祝日だったそうだが　新鮮な物が無いからと用意してくれなかった。」

「ザンクト・ギルゲンからのフェリーの船着き場およびシャーフベルク登山鉄道の駅から徒歩3分くらいの非常に便利な場所にあります。たまたま祝日+土日で4連休になるその前半の2泊の滞在だったため、周辺のペンション等はすべて満杯で、空いているのはここだけでした。長期滞在者向けの小キッチンがついた部屋で、設備は清潔で部屋も快適でしたが、その分料金も割高でした。特に、「アパートメント形式の部屋だから」という理由で、たった2泊なのに、チェックアウトのときに35ユーロの「部屋のクリーニング代」を徴収されたのは、やや納得できない感じです。それからちょっとしたことですが、部屋にティッシュがないのも不便でした。フロントの女性はたいへん感じが良かったです。」

「The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. There are bicycles available at the property to use as well. We would definitely stay again! The king beds in each room were an added bonus!」

「Very quite location and walkable from the Salzburg station. There are also buses which which stops right opposite to the property. The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Unfortunately there was a power outage in our room, but it was resolved very quickly even though it was a Sunday evening. Overall it was a great choice to stay and I would highly...

「We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

「Liebe- und geschmackvolle Zimmer, leider kein Föhn, kein Zimmerservice und katastrophale Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Nur digital mit App, dessen Projektmanager und Programmierer bei der Arbeitsagentur besser aufgehoben sind. Kein Aufzug, daher nicht für ältere Leute mit schweren Koffern oder Behinderte geeignet. Dennoch die Zimmer entschädigen für viel und das Frühstück (Box) super lecker. Kaffee und Tee kostenlos auf Zimmer. Viele erfreuliche Kleinigkeiten.」
