「Well, it start with getting contact of the person to give you keys. The tenant in the building had to call him to get us keys. The Jacuzzi runs out of hot water halfway through full up the refrigerator dose not cool the washer and drying Nobel are broken open hole to the exterior. We ran out of hot water after the first day the pole holding up the island is not attached to it outlet are fare and in between the elevated was ok ..the only thing I can say is the room are dark」

「Location, location, location excellent! However none of the outlets are working but two or three in the entire house. Most of equipments include the jacuzzi partial work… Laundry machine not at all , salamander not at all… there is a leek in the apartment ceiling by the jacuzzi… so if it’s rains there are tremendous water in the floor … Also that rooftop area if raining make so much noise… however there is always something every night… one night power outages, another fire alarm etc 😊 ohh and...

「I had very bad experience with owner responses he uses offensive vocabulary, when I complained about spiders, about getting water inside when rains, I had to leave property sooner than expected due to his responses, be careful when renting properties with this owner Barry You will be recreated, there are many properties around to book.」

「Terrible, stay away. Host shouldn’t be a host. Rude, deceptive and unpleasant. We had 4 non working TV’s we had hand towels as bath towels, numerous times we were promised that someone would come by to fix the TV ‘s never happened. Place wasn’t ready upon check in」

「The property is very beautiful and set in an very picturesque area with great views. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property is secluded so you require your own transport or taxi/etc to stay there. My only complaint is that there was no running water in the morning due to a fault which lasted a number of hours and meant that I had to use water from a barrell to wash etc in the morning which was unexpected and inconvenient. 」

「The staff are all wonderful, the lofts are giant and the beds are great. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at when in Ciudad Jardín in Cali Colombia!」
