「I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing....

「This was an emergency stay. The resort that our host chose for us was substandard and we needed somewhere to stay. When I called about availability the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the booking process and even shared that the price would be cheaper through Expedia than booking directly. 」

「My visit at the Coral was from 5-20-24 through 5-24-24. I had a great stay. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I would stay there again」

「This was our first visit and we loved it!! So much to do! We just truly enjoyed it. My suggestion for the future. If someone is visiting for the first time, insist that they be shown where their room is located. I had to ask several times for direction and we were VIP guests. Also more options for breakfast with more tea options in the hotel. Poseidon table is expensive with too much food. Can’t eat all of that for breakfast. 」

「Awesome place 」

「全体的に老朽化しており、整備や清掃が行き届いていない部分がある。事前に分かっていたことだが、全体的にこじんまりとしていて、オールインクルーシブで過ごすにはアクティビティが少ない。」

「can not check-in until around 5PM. Water was stopped for about 3 hours at night. Even after fixed, dirty water came for a long time, we could not use shower at that night. Restaurant in hotel did not open at lunch time.」
