「This is the perfect spot to ride your ATV from. Gas station not too far away, can ride to the devil anse trail system and beyond plus the outlaw trails are nearby. Host was absolutely amazing, can't meet better or friendlier people. The oven had an issue and the host not only fixed it right away but heated up our dinner while they did. I highly recommend this place, new front porch is great for enjoying the mountain scenery.」

「Very clean. perfect location to ride the trails. Gas and food near. Loved it and would stay again. Owner was wonderful and had a nice neighbor. Can I suggest walkway to back door to take off muddy clothes on porch with more room to hang on the hooks there. A mirror in each room for wives to fix hair and put on makeup so not to hold up the 1 bathroom from others. Needs a handle to hold on to when getting in and out of the shower.」

「Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.」
