スタッフが、とてもフレンドリーでした（家族経営とのことです）。プールは1.2Mから1.6Mの深さです。アフタヌーンが午後二時から五時まで無料です。朝食バイキングは、日替り。宿泊客は、アジア系が多めでした。

スタッフが皆さんとても親切で、お部屋も清潔で（リネンがちゃんと真っ白で臭いもなく気持ちよかった）高級感があり素晴らしいホテルでした。朝食もバラエティー豊かでおいしかったし、毎日無料のアフターヌーンティも頂けたのでコスパはスゴイと思います。（シュークリーム?とガーリックが効いたバンズが特に美味しかったです！）しいて言うならば、近隣部屋のドアの音が響くことや、シャワーの水圧とお湯を長く出していると水温が下がってしまうことが残念でした（でも2人連続して長時間使用していたのでこちらが悪いかもしれません）。あと2部屋予約したうちの1部屋が3階の部屋だったのですが、下階レストランの音（音楽や椅子を引く音）が少し響いてました。総合的には、ビーチも近いし少し歩けばローカルの市場やお店もあり、人通りもちょうどよかったのでこのホテルにして正解でした。スタッフの皆様、いろいろサポートして下さりありがとうございました！

ホスピタリティ

とにかくスタッフさんの心遣いが素晴らしい。名前をすぐ覚えてくれ、何か困ったことがあればと。日本語話せるRebeccaちゃん、Roseさん…あとお名前忘れちゃってごめんなさい。お部屋に入る時は靴を脱ぐというのはベトナムではデフォルトなのかしら。朝食は食べきれないほど。 Congee好きなので有り難かったし、毎日少しずつ違って楽しめました。マンゴーがおいしすぎて食べすぎました。旧正月の音楽に中毒性があって、YouTube教えてもらいました。帰国してからも聴いています。アフタヌーンティーにちょっとしたオードブルがあればもっと良い。プールはこぢんまりとしていてソファに天蓋があるのが◎ お部屋は迷ってスイートにしたのですが、海がほんの少ししか見えないのが残念。ただ広さは十分。テレビがリビングとベッドルームに2台あるので、オーストラリアABCとフランス24と別々に付けて楽しみました。動物脚のバスタブはまったりできたけど、すぐ冷めるのが難点。シャンプー、バスソープがサルフェートフリーだったので次回は持って行かない。ダナンではデフォルトなのかいわゆるスリッパはなく、ビーチサンダルのみ。ビーチサンダルは持参してたので、普通のスリッパがほしかった… スパは旧正月でお休みだったのが残念。ルームサービスのエビのCongeeが美味しすぎて、2日連続でオーダー。空港まで無料送迎があれば尚可。

スタッフのサービスがとてもきめ細かで良い。部屋やロビーの調度品は落ち着いたヨーロッパ調。毎日クッキーを届けてくれたり、午後には最上フロアで会食と飲み物のサービスを受けられる。唯一残念だったのは、浴槽付きの部屋にしたのにお風呂のお湯がなかなか熱くならなかったこと。シャワーは熱いのに何故か。ただその埋め合わせに空港までただで送ってくれた。

素晴らしい！スタッフは皆親切で、行き届いたサービスを提供してくれました。今回初めての海外一人旅で不安もあったがアフタヌーンティーの際、話しかけてくれておすすめの飲食店を教えてくれ、雑談を交え楽しかったです。grabで目的地がうまく表示されなくて、フロントスタッフが助けてくれて手配できました。ドリーが紹介してくれたシーフードレストランとバインミーを食べに行きました、とても美味しかったです！ありがとう！ホテルの前には男性スタッフもいて、grabタクシー、バイクに乗降するときは必ず駆け寄ってくれます。ホテルのスタッフは女性が多く、女一人でも安心して快適に過ごせました。朝ごはんも美味しいし、口コミで騒音がありましたが部屋によるのかな？オーシャンビューのお部屋でしたが外の騒音は気にならなかったです！

スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで、気配りが素晴らしい。気軽にかけてくれ、本当に楽しい気持ちにさせてくれます。朝食、アフタヌーンティーの時にも色々と楽しいお話しやおすすめの場所、店の紹介をしていただきました。日本語もしっかりと聞いて理解しようとされてました。高評価も納得です！スパも素晴らしいかったです。是非、また利用させていただきます。

気になった点 : 清潔度

フレンドリーなスタッフばかりで、子供に構ってもらえて、気兼ねせずに過ごせました。ただ、他の方の口コミでもあるように、フレンドリー過ぎる所はあり、今日はどこ行くの？ツアーはどこのに参加するの？いくらのツアー？と朝から質問攻め（主観です）され、距離感を保って欲しいなと感じることが多々ありました。全体的に過ごしやすいホテルですが、ソファーの裏だとか見えない部分はかなり汚めでした。

シャワーを出し続けると、温度が下がり少し寒かったですが、その他は特に問題なく快適に過ごしました。

ホテルの全てが素晴らしいです。目の前がビーチというロケーション、近くにたくさんのシーフードレストラン、特にホテルスタッフのホスピタリティ、本当に良いホテルです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

高級感、清潔感があり、ホテルのスタッフの方々は些細なことも気にかけ率先して動いてくださいます。朝食の時もアフタヌーンティーのときも積極的に話しかけてくださり、今日はどこいったの？とか明日は雨だから気をつけて！とか沢山お話することが出来ました。なによりもチェックインした時以降から私たちのことを覚えてくださっていて凄く嬉しかったです。またいつかダナンに行く際は利用したいです。
