よかった点部屋が広い悪かった点海外仕様のホテルだからか、風呂場が扱いづらかった。コスパを考えると素泊まりにしてはやはり高いかもしれない。他の部屋の騒音がそこそこ聞こえた

全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルで心地よく滞在できました。ただプールサイドのタオルがすぐなくなり補充に時間がかかった。夕食は基本的にホテル内の食事は高いのでタクシーで食べにでていました。誕生日にはケーキまで用意してもらいありがとうございました。また滞在したいと思いました。

両親の結婚50周年お祝いで少し贅沢な気分を味わってもらいたく、ここに宿泊しました。ラウンジアクセス付きだったので、チェックインはRegency Clubで優雅にチェックインできました。広い敷地内は整備されており、緑が多くどこを撮影しても絵になるほど美しいです。特に夕方の薄暗くなった雰囲気が幻想的でした。プールは広く景観も最高なので、子供も何回も行きたがっていたのも納得できます。 Regency Clubはよく利用しましたが、特に17-19時のカクテルタイムは美味しい食事とお酒が提供されるので、外で食事する必要がありませんでした。初めての5つ星ホテルで心も体もリラックスでき大満足でした。

まず朝食のクオリティが素晴らしかったです。これだけでもハイアットに泊まってよかったと思えるレベルでした。またホテル内の他のレストランもちゃんと美味しく、フォーに関してはホテル外のフォー専門店よりも美味しかったです。我々はクラブラウンジが利用できるプランを選択していたのですが、これが大正解でした。ドリンクもフードも種類が豊富で、ディナーをここで済ませても満足感高いです。

グラブアクセスはリーズナブルでとても良い。リージェンシークラブの食事はとても美味しい。ただ、リゾートホテルでは最近はビーチバッグやビーチサンダルを用意してくれるところが多いと思うがそう言ったものはなかった。ただ、全般的にとても満足。

ホテル自体は満点だが。。。

素晴らしいホテルだったが滞在中に韓国Lotte主催のパーティが開催されており、パーティ運営側の対応に問題あり。プールで遊んでいた家族（小学生の息子2人含む）に向かって、イベント運営側からGet out!!と乱暴な言葉を浴びせられて非常に残念。ゲストは無料で参加可能と案内あったにも関わらずなぜ退出が必要なのか何の説明もないままだった。チェックアウト時の対応も不満。そんなに混んでいたわけでもないのにスタッフの対応が非常にもたついており、意味不明なくらい時間がかかった。フライトの時間あり急いでいたが、非常にイライラさせられた。

拙い英語にも真摯に心温まりました。ですが、ディナーでは注文して40分以上何もテーブルに提供されない状態が続き、2杯目のワインの提供も15分以上経過などあまり気持ちの良いサービスではありませんでした。その他は最高でした。また利用したいです。

前回滞在しとても良かったので二回目の滞在でした。スタッフの方がテキパキとしていて、優しく思いやりのある対応をいつもしてくださり感激しました。施設全体がとても使いやすく配置されていて、施設内の移動には、電気自動車を頼むこともでき、楽しく快適です。植木やお花もとても綺麗に手入れされていて素敵です。海からの美しい日の出を見れ、大人も子供も楽しめるとても綺麗でお洒落なホテルでおすすめです！

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

クラブアクセス付きのオーシャンビューツインルームに宿泊しました。お部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせましたが、海はプールの向こうに少ししか見えず、プールビューという方が正しいように思いました。また、予約の時に見たお部屋の写真には浴槽が写っていましたが、泊まったお部屋にはシャワーしか無く、残念でした。クラブルームは気持ちよく利用することが出来ました。カクテルタイムに提供されるお料理も、大変美味しかったです。ティータイムのサービスがあればなお良かったです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

部屋は広く綺麗で快適に過ごせました。敷地全体も広いのですが、管理が行き届いており快適に滞在できました。キッズ向けのアトラクションが多いので、子供連れのファミリーには最適かもしれませんが、大人だけでゆっくりしようと思うとプールやレストランが騒がしく、どうかな？と思うところがありました。
