I suffered from the bedbug bites. I asked the reception staff to change the room. He said, "If you want to change a room, your belongings (clothes, shoes, and all the stuff except electronic devices) should be frozen for 40 hours. This is the hotel's policy. If you don't follow the policy, you should check out." Shocking and terrible!

寝ているとき、夜中3時頃警報器の爆音で起こされた。鳴りやまず避難のためフロントまでお客さんは降りていくが、ほとんどのスタッフはおらず、宿泊客が大勢、困惑した状態だった。その後、鳴りやんだため、部屋に戻るが、チェックアウト時も、スタッフから謝罪の言葉も説明もなかった。　清掃に関しては、様々な口コミで良くないと報告があるにもかかわらず、改善されている様子はない。また、5日に1回しか清掃してもらえず、リクエストが必要。QRコードを読み込んでリクエストしたにも関わらず、清掃されてなかった。場所は駅から15分程度の場所なので移動はしやすいが、近くにコンビニやスーパーがないのは不便。

I unfortunately can’t recommend this place at all. Overpriced, unfriendly staff, sheets/carpets/ furniture were not clean, for toiletries you only get soap a side of a quarter coin, shower above toilet (water everywhere) Check in system is a mess, they ask you to get a ticket then either forget about it or skip you at all.

My room was super hot and the window would open only a little to let in fresh and cool night air. Itwas too hot and stuffy to sleep with the window closed which meant that the traffic noise of the 6-lane street below was roaring through. The super bright lights of the neon signs and the construction site across the street lit up my room. It was near impossible to sleep. Hotel is abt a 15 min walk from central station (great) and they're renting bikes (for abt 20 EUR per day). Breakfast can be booked at check-in for 99 DKK/day.

Die Unterkunft war recht zentral und hatte direkt einen stop der Hop on Hop off Busse vor der Tür. Wir hatten ein dreibettzimmer. Recht einfach eingerichtet und die Dusche im Klo ist platzsparend aber nicht sehr hygienisch man sollte auf jeden Fall bsdeschuhe dabei haben.

The mattresses and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The worst we have ever tried. So bad that every day we had back and neck aches. The room we booked was for 4 people but one bed was not made up. Had to do this ourselves. The room service has to be booked online, but no one told us that there was a deadline on this. So we did not have any room service. The carpet in the room looked and was very dirty. A few towels were stained. There is no hand soap. All in all we did not have the best experience and will not be returning.

Good hotel. Rooms are really small, however that's as advertised so expected. Decent gym and social areas. A shopping mall near by, which is good for coffee and food if needed. Other than that, it's about a 15 minutes walk to Tivoli and the Train Station.

The property was fine for quick nap inbetween flights, the smallest room was pretty fine for the basic stuff (Shower, bathroom, bed, desk). The smell was a little odd but nothing too weird or bothersome. Would recommend for a 1 night stay

It is an amazing hotel for solo travellers that really give you everything you need to sleep as they advertise. It is a short walk away from an S-Train station (Dybbølsbro) that can connect you to Copenhagen's Metro system and surrounding suburban areas with ease. The automatic check in and check out systems are also nice for introverts like me who don't always like to bother people. All in all it is a real nice hotel for people who just need a bed and space for your belongings. DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING BIG ROOMS.

In the private rooms, the toilette is VERY small, the shower is almost on top of the WC, which is very inconvenient and the floor gets easily wet. No wiping tools. The mattresses are very thin, bad for sleeping. There isn't a kitchen in the hostel, which is key for people that go to hostels basically. No fridge, no microwave, nothing to cook. Only a kettle in the room but the amenities are not enough for the people in the room. We were 4 and we had 3 towels, 3 coffees and tea PER STAY not even per night. Wouldn't go again
