週末とは言え、3万円以上もするホテルではない。とにかく設備が古い。今回のドイツ旅行で最低。

鍵が閉まらない
全体的に鍵が閉まりにくい。wifiが有料で、写真のテラスがなかった。朝ごはんに野菜がなかった。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
掃除をしてくれません。They never clean your room.
2泊以上の滞在は勧めません。掃除をして欲しいとカードをかけておいてもしてくれません。2日続けてそうしたことが起きたので受付に申し出たところ、こちらのミスだと反対に文句を言われました。カードをチェックする時間帯がいつかわかりませんが、その時にカードがかかっていないとしないようです。
Never stay more than 2 nights. They never clean your room even if you put a card to clean your room on the door. They skipped to clean our room twice continuously and we had to ask the reception to do. They even complaint when we asked and told it was our mistake not to put the card at the appropriate time. We have to stay the hotel with the understanding of their checking system without any explanation.

perfect modern resort hotel in cologne.
easy to access to train station and dom. but not face to main street, which is very quite! room was comfortable, modern and huge!
