気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The staff at Metro Points did not appear to be focused on customer service. Simple requests were met with lack of information or indifference. They lacked even rudimentary information about the area near the hotel. Apparently, although it was not communicated at chick in, hotel guests must make an explicit request for maid service for their room.
The property was in poor shape. Roadway paving was cracked and buckled. While the lobby was neat and clean, it was empty of amenities, a sign pointed to an abandoned restaurant. I was told that the computer in the business center (one computer?) was not working. In our room we found dirty drapes, a barely working refrigerator, the bath tub with peeling coating, and what appeared to be black mold in several places.
After the indifferent response from the service personnel who arrived in response to our requests, we decided to return to our *prepaid* room each night and LEARN from our experience.
