I would like to address a few points in your review to make sure everything is clear.Firstly, when you arrived for check-in, our front desk informed you that the check-in time is at 3 pm. However, they also mentioned that you may come at 2 pm. We apologize that we were not able to provide you with a room at 1 pm.Secondly, we take pride in our newly renovated Marriott rooms. Our hallways are cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and we are surprised to hear otherwise.Thirdly, as all of our rooms are new and renovated, we want to ensure that there are no problems after check-in or check-out. We provide a checklist for our guests to confirm that everything is in order, except for toilet paper.Lastly, we always welcome our guests with a warm smile. We are sorry for the BB we do have paste control people who take care of everything they removed all bed and furniture but they don't found anything no eggs also, sometime it came with some guest luggage, still we are sorry for that.
