However, they also mentioned that you may come at 2 pm. We apologize that we were not able to provide you with a room at 1 pm.Secondly, we take pride in our newly renovated Marriott rooms. Our hallways are cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and we are surprised to hear otherwise.Thirdly, as all of our rooms are new and renovated, we want to ensure that there are no problems after check-in or check-out. We provide a checklist for our guests to confirm that everything is in order, except for toilet paper.Lastly, we always welcome our guests with a warm smile. As per our talk we informed you what happened but you denied all, we told you that our HK and FD staff checked everything and it was messed up. We are not allowed to charge without any damages or messed up. There was feces on the sheet and on the carpet it was smell very bad so we were not able to rent that room for a week.We are sorry to hear about the issues that you experienced.
