基本的にはなんの問題も無く良いホテルだと思います。マイナス点は・チェックイン後、いすの下にペットボトルがあった←そうじ忘れ?   ・部屋がエレベーターから遠いくらい。 ・値段の割に朝食が込みではない。 良いところは、カジノに近くオヘア空港にも便利なホテル!

シカゴ観光のために予約。 部屋は快適で隣にカジノがあるため、夜に遊びに行くのにも困らなかった。 シカゴの街中で夜に出歩くのは不安があったため少し離れた場所を選択したのが正解だった。 ただし、コンベンションセンターで催しものをする際は街中への道路が混雑するので早めの出発をお勧めする。

オヘア空港利用者にお勧め
外観は小さめで期待薄でしたが、ロビーも部屋もプールも新しく綺麗で大満足でした。 エレベーターが三カ所にあったのも便利ですね。 ロビーにスタバが入ってたのも良かったです。食事も出来るみたいだったのですが、利用しませんでした。 部屋も広く、洗面所とトイレが別なのも嬉しかったです。 アメニティもタオルも質が良かったです。

The property is clean, in good condition and close to the airport, but the night staff was terrible and I wouldn't stay there again unless staffing was taken more seriously. The night desk person was rude, dishonest, and gave us the run around. She sent us multiple places before she would dispatch a shuttle and then told us shuttle had left (it wasn't supposed to be dispatched until we got there). When I got frustrated she hung up on me. My son called and she hung up on him. We thought we found shuttle, but it took us to the wrong Marriott. They were kind and sent us to correct hotel. The desk person and cleaning/shuttle driver working both seemed high and one smelled of weed. They made lots of excuses about not being able to get the cot we ordered and lied about looking for it until my husband was persistent at which point desk person told the other guy in the back room to go get one (she told us he was already looking). This is not how I expect to be treated for these rates at an Airport Marriott when I fly in with family so late at night. Also, amenities list breakfast as a separate amenity from restaurant so we thought breakfast was included, but it was super expensive microwave food that cost more than if we ate at the airport. I was very disappointed for the price and not what I expected from this brand.

1/2 elevators were not working When the tv turned on it was so loud and there wasn’t a way to turn it down. Show would come on at regular volume but the start up was crazy loud. Very comfortable bed and size of room was great. Location was perfect.

Why is there still carpet in the rooms? Its ugly, moist and smells. The other Marriotts have wooden clean bare floors. And the bathrooms have no exhaust vents or heating vents. The toilets are too low to the floor like a middle school rest room. And the bathrooms are freezing cold. And I had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush and there were flies in my room. And upgrade to walk in showers. No on uses bath tubs anymore

I apologize that we were not able to provide you with an enjoyable experience. The good news is that we are getting a renovation this year. We do not have a start date as of yet, but we do know that we will be replacing the bath tubs with walk-in showers in most of our rooms. In regards to the ventilation, I want to assure you that all of our bathrooms have ventilation and we regularly check them to make sure they are in working order.
