This property was super friendly. Had great breakfast options…the room was a little worn and my curtain was hanging half off the rod.

The room layout was interesting and unique though still nice, and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and visually appealing. The front desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Relatively easy access and a short drive to dining options. My biggest criticism is the parking is rather limited, especially if you have a bigger vehicle or pulling a trailer.

The studio room was perfect, very modern and comfortable. Especially liked the reading light on the bed, and the bathroom was nice with the fancy shower. Staff were terrific.

This hotel was very clean! However, I was not impressed with the 3rd shift check in lady. She came off rude, but every other encounter with staff was awesome. Will definitely be back!

Running toilet for two days and was not fixed so we had no choice but to move rooms and we did not have the room cleaned until 4th day after getting the ,aid in the hall to complain. Terrible experience.

Hotel was okay. Front desk staff was not fantastic. The elevator didn't work and the staff didn't seem bothered at all by this. They didn't mention the broken elevator to me as they were checking me into the 3rd floor, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Apparently it had been broken for a while and I would have expected some apologies for my family having to carry our bags up all the flights of stairs but they didn't worry about apologies or friendliness in any case. I paid $200 for one night so that was rather expensive for apathetic staff and a broken elevator.

The staff was personable, accommodating and on top of any request presented to them. The breakfast selection provided was quite good and the food area was always immaculate and continually replenished to accommodate guest. The only thing that would prevent me from staying here again would be no access to a hot tub.

Very nice hotel
Room was very comfortable and clean. Front desk help was very pleasant and friendly to work with. Breakfast was good with some different options than just the usual continental breakfast. Breakfast hostess was fun, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located immediately next to a major interstate highway and management has failed to take reasonable actions to mitigate the situation. The exhaust fans from the bathrooms apparently are simple exhaust pipes and they lack baffles to mitigate the noise from the interstate from following the same pipes back into the bathroom. The bathroom then becomes a noise megaphone back into the room. Aggravating this situation is a noisy air conditioning system that aggressively kicks in at random intervals during the night.

The rooms were nice and staff friendly… unfortunately, the hotel elevators are broken (and have been broken since Christmas). This made things very inconvenient with a second floor room. We had to walk from one end of the building to the other, use stairs, and lug luggage. A sign at the front desk offered to refund our money, but this was too late to book another room in the area.

Not impressed
Very close to the interstate, so you will hear truck traffic all night long. The hot water was a big problem. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00am, but there was nothing out (besides the cold items) even by 6:30. Overall, we were not impressed.
