Staff quality
When I booked this hotel, I asked to give my friends one room with two beds, not one double bed. When I checked in, I confirmed it. But in the result, their room was one double bed room. My friend could not tell me the fact, as it was too late time. The morning of next day, I claimed it, so that the hotel staff changed the double bed to two single beds. But it was too late. we checked out in the afternoon of the day.

Great service
Staff are very friendly and the service was splendid. A couple of things of my opinion. 1) I wished there was microwave we can use because during the stay of 1week at the hotel, I sometimes like to have quick light supper in my room with fast food bought in town, instead of going to restaurant. 2) And newspaper service might be better to be an optional. I felt bad not reading any of them while they were delivered to my room every morning.

Breakfast was excellent, lobby was wide, some concierge was kind and everything was clean. But wi-fi was charged and some concierge was not good. Officers at gate were kind enough and friendly. Were flower decorations really necessary?

I'm glad it was only one night. Despite asking for a quiet room away from the construction, and despite the fact I had paid for a premium room type, they put me in a room looking right into the scaffolding, over the noisy street and the subway line. Then they moved me - right down the hall, with the same noise issues. On the third try I got a room on the other side of the hallway, but it was still noisy thanks to activity in the hallways at 2:00 in the morning, and the airplane noise. The facilities are dated, under renovation, and generally cold and sterile, as is the service. This is a big mid range hotel that is okay if you don't need quiet and you can't afford Leela Palace.

Property is not clean and not up to date with technology. I reserved an apartment kind of room which had very bad phones and no ipad/tab. Whenever I called reception for any help (primarily to book a car) they said they will call me back and never did. I had to call few times to get the service. They provided some towel arts in my room which was fantastic. Other than that this hotel is not even worth getting a 3 star.

Our stay was comfortable. I would have appreciated better cleanliness - both the rooms and the breakfast buffet areas lacked cleanliness. There were flies buzzing around our table that made the dining experience bad.
