I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Good location as nice restaurants, convenient stores, massage place and so on, everything is within walk distance. The only thing that inconvenient for us was some of the lifts were not working during our stay. So we always had to wait for long whenever we wanted to go out and get back. But overall good!

深夜に到着しましたが、スムーズにチェックインできました。初めからわかっていたことなのですが、ダブルに3人で宿泊したため、とてもきつかったです。ダブルといってもセミダブルくらいの大きさでした。それ以外は、食事面では周りに小吃のお店もたくさんあり、陳麻婆豆腐も近いし、セブンイレブンもあって、とても便利でした。また、地下鉄の駅が近くにあって市内の移動も楽でした。

帰り際にフロントの向かいにあるキャビネットの中のシェラトンの服を着たパンダのぬいぐるみを見ていたら、それよりサイズは小さいものの同じ形のぬいぐるみを二つプレゼントしていただきました。パンダ基地のお土産物屋では可愛いと思える物がなかったので、妻共々とても嬉しく感じました。

☆シエラトンブランドに満足☆

フロントでは、英語で会話ができるので、中国語が話せなくても大丈夫でした。フィットネス、プール、シャワーが無料で使え、リフレッシュに最適です。近くに、行列のできる、火鍋屋さん、陳麻婆があります。地下鉄の駅も徒歩１分で、利便性にも恵まれています。ホテルも、全体的に清潔で、シエラトンブランドが保たれていました。

立地条件はいい

交通の便はいいが、４日間は商業週間らしくホテルの４階までビジネスマンとバイヤーで溢れ、ホテルの中まで渋滞してました。角部屋1802でしたせいかエアコンの本管の音が響き安眠妨害でした。朝昼落ち着かずでした。

駅から至近の快適なホテル

騾馬市という地下鉄が2本通る駅から歩いて1〜2分で、非常に便利。周りは静かで、朝食を食べられる麺屋などもある。部屋も広くて清潔で、アメニティも充実。接客もスムーズ。

まったく問題ない

有名な陳麻婆豆腐の本店がすぐ近くにあり、コンビニも近い。ホテルの真横が陸上競技場のため目立つし、大きな通りに面しているのでタクシーがつかまえ易い。シェラトン系列なので安心のクオリティ。部屋はやや年季は感じるが、落ち着いて眠ることができたし、広さや設備もきちんとしていた。受付の対応も問題ない。英語も通じた。受付に日本人がいるらしいのだが、私の時にはいなかった。値段が安い割にはきちんとしていて、成都滞在にはおすすめできるホテルだと思う。

成都中心部、地下鉄駅近、英語あまり通じず

成都中心部にあり、毛沢東像のある広場が歩いて15分くらい。開通したばかりの地下鉄の駅も近いので、立地はよかった。18階に宿泊したが隣に体育館があり、部屋からの眺めはよくなかったし、外は夜間少し騒々しい。レートは悪いが日本円を中国元に両替してくれるので、成都空港に21時半以降に到着する場合はとても便利。地図上で近くに陳麻婆豆腐店があるが、行きにくい。すごく近くの食事どころは、おススメできない。ホテルのレストランは清潔だが値段がすごく高い。フロントは英語が通じるがそんなに上手ではないので、話せる方はゆっくり丁寧に…を心掛けないと通じない。ドアマンは、ほとんど通じないと思ったほうがいい。ただし懸命に聞こうとしてくれるので不満はなかった。空港からタクシーだと、ガイドブックでは60元くらいだと書いてあるが、実際には80元~100元くらい。タクシ－運転手が先に申し出る金額はそのくらいだったが、まっとうだと思う。早朝や深夜ならそのくらいだと思っていた方がいいし、普通の時間でも値切らず言い値で来てもいいのではないかと思う。チップは不要、電源アダプターはBF、ボディーシャンプーのようなものは無。シャワーシャンプーなる泡風呂になるものと石鹸があるので、必要な方はボディーシャンプー、体を洗うスポンジも必要なら持参のこと。

No way / 人としてありえない

I was so annoyed when I checked in. There are some counters and I told a reception man that I'd like to check in but he was just doing his operational stuff and wouldn't come to my counter. Since I thought the payment has done via web so when I was asked to provide credit card I just asked the reason and I finally got enough explanation (the guy got away to take a phone call). I do not care to provide my card info to hotel clerk but I just want to them to explain without getting away from the desk especially when I am talking with them. I JUST DO NOT LIKE THEM. 成都で泊まったホテルで最も態度が悪かった。

傍晚六點,當我們結束一天行程回到酒店,才發現房間根本未清潔,(我們是上午7點出門,門上掛著請打掃的牌子) 後來沒過多久,房務突然打開我們的房門,我們已經人在房內並開啟勿打擾燈示,房務突然打開門真的是讓我們嚇壞了,不明白他怎麼可以在房內有人且未經同意的情況下還強行開門,一間國際級酒店這樣的行為真的很糟糕,我們也向酒店經理反映,酒店並未做後續處理

Hotel by construction site

The hotel is very clean, but the bed, desk, and chair are uncomfortable, and the windows are very small in some rooms. The main problem is the location -- as of January 2022, the area all around it is under construction, and there are no restaurants, bars, cafés, or shops nearby. The closest convenience store is a long walk away. The staff was great, though, and very kindly moved me to a room with larger windows and found me a more comfortable desk chair.
