古式ゆかしき
Best Western とあるのでアメリカにあるビジネスホテルを想像していたが、長年営業してきたホテルに Best Western の看板を付け替えた、というのが実態か。建物は相当古く、シャワーのお湯の水圧（湯圧？）はチョロチョロ程度。フロントに言ってみたものの、設備上これは無理だろうと想像してた通り、滞在中はこれに慣れるしかなかった。途上国では「古い＝汚い」が往々にして成り立つが、特に不潔というほどではないものの床一面のカーペットは裸足で歩くには躊躇する。エレベーターも欧州の古い建物でよく見られる自分でドアを開ける、箱が狭いタイプ。途上国慣れしている人、環境適応に秀でた人には問題ないホテル。スタッフは全く問題なく、差別的待遇はもちろん、不快な言動など全くなかった。カサブランカ空港到着が深夜の０時を過ぎ、ホテル着は午前２時ごろだったが、チェック・インの問題は全くなかった。ただ、また泊まるかと問われれば…。 宿泊料はホテルでの支払いを選択したが、若干高かった。聞けば、税金が付加されているとのこと。しかし、こちらのサイトでの予約時は税込みだったはず。そのあたりを Hotel.com さんの今後の課題として頂きたい。

BestWesternの冠はかぶっているが実際は・・
場所はなかなか便利なところにあるようでしたが、私は出張で送り迎えがありますのであまり重要ではありませんでした。BestWesterｎのブランドを掲げている割には、清潔感にかけるところがあり残念ではありましたが、不潔ではありませんので、妥協はできました。 次に泊まるかどうか・・は微妙なところです。

旧市街、中央駅直近の便利な位置
フェズからの列車が中央駅に行く奴でなく、ボワジャール駅で下車したのでタクシーで到着しました。500円位なので苦になりません。中心地に近いので建物は古いですが旧市街のすぐ近くで、中央駅からも徒歩圏内で十分満足できるレベルでした。

四つ星の評価をされていますが、建物・客室の老朽化は如何ともしがたい現実です。 ロケーション重視であれば最適ですが、客室の快適さを求めるのであればおすすめしがたいところです。

スタッフ以外はGood
設備やサービスはベストウェスタンですから、相応の安定感や安心感があります。気になったことは2点。１.部屋は6階だったが、Wi-Fiが繋がらない時間帯が数時間あった。スタッフに聞いても解決せず。2.電車で空港まで向かいたかったので、駅までタクシーを頼もうとしていた。チェックアウトの時間を事前に知らせタクシーを頼んだが、事前に呼んでおくわけでもなくチェックアウト後に道路で流しのタクシーを手をあげてつかまえていおり、待たされた。その上、空港までの直通しかない、駅までなら200DHとふっかけた値段を運転手に言われた際、ホテルのスタッフは運転手の味方をして、空港までのでいいよね？ok?と言ってきた。

駅から近いことを考えると値段どおりの内容だとおもいます。 ツインでしたが、マットレスはシングルを２つにくっつけているものでした。 結構古いホテルなりにはそれなりにコンディションを整えているのではないかと思います。

古いけど場所はとてもいい
場所はとてもいい。 広場から歩いてすぐで便利 部屋までのエレベーターは怖かった。スタッフも英語と簡単な日本語が話せてフレンドリー。 しかしチェックインの際にオーバーブッキングだと言い、時間がかかった。

駅に近く場所が便利。建物は古かったが清潔にはしていた。周りが高級なホテルばかりなので、見劣りしまう。階下にナイトクラブがあり少しうるさかった。

十分使えるホテル
飛行機の乗り継ぎのため、一泊しました。 空港からは焼く３０分でカサボーヤジュ駅につきそこから、１０分ほどタクシーで移動しました。建物の古さは否めないですが、風呂とトイレもセパレートで、寝るだけには十分でした。

ホテルスタッフが微妙。
チェックインにもチェックアウトにも時間がかかった。 チェックインのとき、1ベッドから2ベッドに変更してもらったが、追加料金がかかることの説明がなく、チェックアウト時にもめた。 ひとりあたり1500円程度ではあるが、出国時に現金を持ち出せないから計算して使い切っているときに突然そんなこと言われても困る。 ただ、ホテルなだけあってカードが使えたからよかったものの、通信状態によってカードが使えないモロッコで、それはヒヤヒヤする。 そのため、スタッフの評価は2。 あとは普通のホテルです。

値段相応の快適なホテル
いい点:トラムの駅から歩いてすぐ。部屋は綺麗で、バスタブもありゆっくりできる。Wi-Fiも使えて便利でした。 悪い点:両替のカウンターがあるのに、他に行けと言われた。 エアコンの設定があまりできなかった。

お手頃なホテル
一泊のみ滞在しました。お値段相応のホテルだと思います。部屋は清潔でしたが、トイレが大変流れにくかったです。ホテルスタッフの対応は普通でした。

立地はよい
スタッフの対応は最悪。受付の人がホテルのスタッフに怒鳴り散らしてその不機嫌さをお客である自分にも向けて対応された。また部屋が7階であったのだが清掃が終わっているのに何時間もホテルのスタッフが廊下をうろうろしていて不審であった。部屋の清潔感はなかなかで、エアコンが壊れていたのをのぞけば満足。立地は出歩きのポイントになる位置にありとても便利。

トラム駅や国連広場まで徒歩10分以内でアクセスが良い。建物は古く、エレベーターにはドアが付いていないので安全に注意が必要。

ロケーションは最高、レストランも充実
近年、カサブランカ市内にはトラムもできて、国連広場の停留所から5分ほどで到着できました。見た目は少々古そうに感じましたが部屋の清潔さは問題なく（ただし冬だったのでエアコンが効かず寒かったです）フロントの対応もよかったです。レストランが併設されており、イスラム教の国でもモロッコワインを飲むことができました。周りにはもっと高級ホテルもあり、そこと比べると劣る印象もありますが、このお値段にしては十分な設備で、周囲にも売店や食事の店もいくつかありますし、なによりカサブランカ中心部や旧市街（メディナ）も近く、ビジネスでも観光目的でも、どちらでも十分快適に利用できるホテルだと思います。

外観は「え、これが４つ星ホテル？」ってくらい、あまり良さそうに見えないけど、部屋はとてもきれい。設備も整ってます。 他の４つ星ホテルでポットのないところがありましたが、ここはあります。グッド！

City taxes are way higher than Expedia advertised. It's pretty outdated in the rooms and not super clean. The restaurant menu was ok but nothing was available the nights we were there.

Bed bugs and staff lied about refund
There were bed bugs. The staff did not seem to take it seriously at all even though I had woken up with bed bugs crawling on my face and body. We decided to leave and go to a different hotel. I was told there would be a refund issued but I never received it. I contacted the hotel and never heard back. Absolute worst experience and service I have ever received.

Lovely hotel
This was a wonderful hotel. I stayed for only a night, but it was a relaxing experience with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to call me a taxi in the morning to get to the train station, which was very appreciated.

Accueil en français très professionnel. Communs propres et grands. Chambre spacieuse un peu dans son jus mais loin des ambiance marocaine pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas. La localisation est bien autour des hotels de chaine internationale. A côté de la médina du marché central et de casa port pour une jonction facile avec l'aéroport. petit dej varié et qualitatif. Bar présent peu ou pas de conseil sur les produits il faut dire que c'est déjà une exception au Maroc.
