The property is an optimal distance to the downtown for a meal while also providing good access to places like Sinaia, and Bran. Morning breakfasts were relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. 「It was wonderful and cozy. They got the parking lot and the water was soooo hot. It was so wonderful and i would like to go there once again. But just one thing was the problem. Because of the noise from the wall, i couldn't sleep. If the dark and night, all the conversation from other rooms can hear. 」

「It was very close to the main buildings, the place was lovely and staff really nice. Bed was nice and firm. Didn’t eat breakfast there but there are plenty of restaurants/bars around. We planned to stay only one night, ended up staying 3, highly recommended.」

「Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli aluksi hieman ongelmia, mutta omistajat hyvittivät sen kyllä täysin! Hotellissa on ihana tunnelma ja huone oli erittäin tilava ja viihtyisä. Omistajapariskunta tekivät vierailustamme erityisen hyvän! Aamupala oli myöskin hyvä, hotellin kokoon nähden. Erikoiskahvit ja juuri sinulle paistetut munat tekivät aamupalasta täydellisen. Kävelymatkan päässä Popradin keskustasta. 」

「I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. 「The hotel was closed. We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. 」
