「Quiet and relaxing」

「Rent this place right now. Completely redone with everything working perfectly. This place is brand new redone.this was our tenth trip to south seas and this was the best unit we have stayed in by far.」

「Everything was as advertised, and the property was clean and new on the inside. I recommend it.」

「We live ve Captiva and usually stay out of town a bit (near Tween Waters). But, this rental was perfect for our grandson and friends with food, shops, etc. close by. Also nice for the adults… as short walk to the market and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to our needs.」

「Or stay at this Captiva home felt like it was ours. It had everything we needed and we really feel comfortable. I’ve been visiting Captiva for over 30 years and this was the first time I’ve rented a house. From the advantage of having our own private driveway Jacuzzi pool and private dock for our boat and fishing this really does feel like a cozy comfortable home away from home」

「The condo was adorable, it was clean, decorated so cute, had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I loved my bathroom. Captiva is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but it’s still so beautiful!!!」

「Overall, nice looking unit. You will need to bring your own towels or be prepared to wash all the time. If you’re coming in the winter, bring a couple blankets. There were 4 of us, and there were 6 towels total. Other than the comforter on the beds, we didn’t see any blankets. Had to be a little “sluthy” to find a few things, like the blow dryer. There was only one kitchen spatula and it was in a hidden tray in the dishwasher and had been for some time, So, it took some digging to find...

「Beautiful views. Enjoyed watching manatees and boats in canal. Used beach and pool. Asked for additional pillows, towels and blankets for six people staying there — received Kitchen equipped, but not fully equipped」

「Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.」
