1泊ならおすすめできます。
イスラムヘーレス ゾエトリーホテルに2日目宿泊するため立地、港へのアクセスからこのホテルを利用しました。 スタッフの対応・サービスはまずまずでした。言語の伝わりやすさ(英語)スムーズでした。 部屋の快適さ・綺麗さはいまいちでした。カビ臭かったです。お風呂・洗面所まわりの清潔さがいまいちでした。 オールインクルーシブで予約したのですが、満足度はまぁまぁ良いです。ホテルへ到着した夜ご飯の際、テーブルクロスやお皿等の汚れが気になりました。 今回は到着した日の夜1泊のみの利用でした。ホテルのトータル満足度は、まずまずです。潔癖の方は要検討してから予約することをおすすめします。潔癖以外の方は大きな問題はないホテルです。

No es nada agradable, comida chafa, empleados algunos son muy amables pero algunos no saben informacion general, no nos quisieron atender dentro de horario de servicio, estan bien mantenidos las facilidades pero son muy viejos y no sirven algunas.

子供メインの滞在に。
立地はダウンタウンでも離れた所にあるのでレンタカーが無いと不便です。 建物は古いので、水周りなど気になる所もありますが、宿泊費を考えると許せる範囲です。 スタッフがとても親切で、気持ち良く滞在できます。 子供向けのウォーターパークが魅力なので、大人のみで滞在を楽しむのであれば、別のホテルがオススメです。 食事は、豪華さはありませんが、味付けは美味しかったです。

子供は大満足
老朽化は感じられますが、部屋は綺麗でした。ただアメニティはシャンプー、石鹸のみ。ミニキッチンが付いています。全室オーシャンビューなので部屋からの眺めは良いです。夕食も期待していませんでしたが二泊とも全く違うメニューで大満足です。海沿いではプールと砂浜を楽しめます。子供が遊ぶプールは道路を挟んで反対側にあります。道路は地下道を通って行きます。子供達は一日滑り台で遊んでいました。でも、それ意外にも時間帯によって色々なイベントを行っていました。もう少し子供が大きければ砂浜でのヨガクラスなど参加したかったです。夜9時から毎日違うショーをやっていますが子供が小さく寝てしまったのでどんなものかはわかりません。次回は行って見たいです。今回は二泊でしたが、食事内容が毎回違うので飽きることもなく次回はもう一泊追加したいです。

料金からすれば、料理・プール等の諸施設は充実している。 ただし、空港・市街地からはかなり離れているので、観光(オプショナルツアー等)には不便。

子供が大喜び!
子供が大喜びな遊具がたくさんあって、親としては助かりました。またキャッツ、ライオンキングなどのミュージカルも有り大人も楽しめました。料理も美味しく、ホテルの人々のサービスも良かったです。施設は少し古いですが、値段もお得でしたし、毎年通いたいですね。

Not really what it says it is online! Rooms don’t come with amenities listed, a lot of rules that you get told after. Food is good and water park is very fun!

The property is ok, only problem is that the glass door on our balcony would not open and so we left it alone because we did not want it to get any damage also would love if there was more décor. However lovely hotel and I would recommend others to try it as well.

We had great vocation with my kids at All Ritmo resort and water park . Nice beach, awesome view! Relax and quiet environment! Great hard worker, helpful staffs! Nice pool and water park that for kids and adults to enjoy! Different activities for kids and adults to enjoy during all day and every day difference program! Food good, different restaurants to try! Convenient bus to downtown Cancun! Cant expect than what I paid! Thank you so much for having us. We had fabulous vacation ( plus the weather is really nice)!

This property has so much potential to be great. However, the food selection was not great. The buffet was limited, the snacks were repetitive, and you barely could make a special dinner reservation. It’s bad when you go to an all inclusive and have to Uber eats food because it was terrible. The room had a mini fridge but it was the first all inclusive without complementary drinks inside We did enjoy the waterpark for the kids and the pool/beach area was nice.

Si not trust the pictures ,for sure the pictures was many years ago When I arrive to the place,I got to the room to relax after the trip and be ready to go around I take a shower and when I go out somebody break the door of the room I try to call from the room phone to from desk they never answer I try to call from my phone to the hotel number no answer so I have to go to the lobby to speak to the manager When I talk to him ,his answer was “don’t worry about that’s normal to happen My family stay on a diferent room when we got to their room the lock of the door was broken to DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE the drinks incluided on the “all inclusive was garbage I drink because was the only option never got drunk I just felt full of liquid Never again And on the cheek in the charge eco friendly hidden fee lowering the voice

Hotel is old, rooms are smelly. Rooms are NOT as on the picture and dirty. Food is junk, drinks are water. Stuff is not cooperative. They are asked to pay for the room upgrade - the one they have listed on Expedia and that I already paid for… There was no towels in room, I asked 3 times to bring my towels in room or just give it to me at front desk. We checked out the next day, Expedia tried many times to reach out to them to get our refund and wasn’t able to

Our stay at all ritmo was wonderful. Very friendly staff and bartenders. The buffet food was slightly different for each meal which we liked, everyone has options. The onsite seafood restaurant was incredible! The only low point for us was the Italian restaurant.. We left our meals and went back to the buffet instead! Extra shout-out to the bartender, Esteban - he makes a killer espresso martini and remembered our drink preferences for the whole stay. Tell him Adam and Kate say muchas gracias!

I am still in shock of my experience. My room was outdated, moldy, and the bathtub had cracks all around it. I could barely use the shower. You can hear the noises next to our rooms all night. The phone in the room did not work. The food was horrendous. I do not eat pork and there were no accommodations in site such as turkey bacon, hash browns. I am very disappointed.

It’s pretty much what I expected for the price, but the grandchildren wanted the water park. If you don’t mind a dated property, and very a repetitive menu. It’s the place for you. But I must say the staff is amazing and very willing to go out of their way to serve you.

Mala atención al cliente. Se piden requerimientos básicos como toallas, teléfono y aguas y no las dan. No hay variedad de alimentos. El show es deplorable. Las instalaciones son viejas. Se nota la distincion de la mala atención al cliente nacional, dando prioridad a los extranjeros. Ahórrense ir a este lugar, elijan otro. No lo recomendaría ni regresaría

This was the worse resort we have ever stayed! One buffet for the entire resort with the same food everyday. Not once was there any bacon or sausage for breakfast! The bathtub would not drain while showering! It is very run down. If I could give negative stars I would!

Old property. Furniture are falling apart. You will hear your next door room. We had to move to different room because the noise. Mattress has stane on the side. Our first room’s shade had mold on it. Food is ok.
