部屋が広いので空調が効かない。12月に泊まったが寒かった。ホットシャワー、バスタブが有る。コンセントは形状が日本と違うので使う予定の人はアダプターを使用しよう。ドライヤーは無い

湯船で選んだのに、、

旅行中の身体の癒しを求めて湯船有りのホテルで値段に見合う所を探しました。が、実際行くと栓が壊れてて、言うと明日直すよって言いながら直してくれませんでした。。私が英語堪能で無いため何度も伝えるのも億劫になってしまったのですが、直しててほしかったです。また、ネット決済に気付かず、現地で支払ってしまいました。それをすぐ教えてくれたのは信用できて良かったのですが、その後の返金が言った期日には持ってきてくれなかったりルーズな感じもあります。従業員さんのお人柄自体に悪い印象は無かったからこそ残念でした。部屋は少し照明暗めなので、何かをするには適してないと思いますが、ゆっくり休むだけならいいかもしれません。

I arrived early morning for check in but the room was not available until 1 pm. They took good care of me, welcomed me with breakfast and allowed me to leave my luggage while I went out. When I arrived the room was not still available and since I was extremely exhausted they arranged me to go to another hotel (Capital Hotel) part of their properties and they were very nice and welcoming too. Thank you for going the extra mile and taking care of me the last day of my amazing vacation in Egypt

Really good hotel for the price. Is in the center of downtown. The staff is awesome people. They make you feel like family. The outside is not much to look at but considering the price you pay, you get more for your money. Not only do they provide breakfast but as a courtesy they cooked dinner for my boyfriend and I our last night there. BEBO was a wonderful host.

لا يمكن الوثوق فيه،مواعيد حجز كاذبة ولا مبالة سيئة

Never trust their booking I paid online for my room and when I reached it was already booked for someone else , not only that but also there is not an empty room for a me ( some one who has alredy paid for them) They kept me at the reception (with my bags!) For ½ hour apparently And then decided to send me to another hotel !!!!! I wloud never ever go there again

The hotel was so unexpected! We didn't even get the room we booked online, it didn't exist! Some of the staff were nice and welcoming, but the hotel is so old and dirty, everything was falling apart, the closets, the ceiling, the bathroom, even the windows were firmly closed except the one in the bathroom, where we could see the terrible view of garbage underneath us in the void between the two blocks. They even hung the washed towels over the window facing the garbage. The internet was terrible and there was no signal for our phones, the staff took 3 days to change a lightbulb so we had to open our flashlights to see (night and day).

الفندق موقعه ممتاز، في وسط البلد، بدقيقتين كل شي حوليك. و هو عبارة عن غرف موجودة في طابق من عمارة، المدخل ابدا لا يدل انه فندق، و الغرف مش بالزيادة، لكن الموظفين ممتازين، بساعدوا مرحين ، لشخص حابب يزور القاهرة، و ما يتمصرف على الإقامة فهو ممتاز، لكن لاجواز أو عائلي لا يصلح. في ازعاج بالليل، من الشارع، و الحمام فاتح على الغرفة. بشكل عام انا انبسطت، بالنسبة للتكلفة و الخدمة، فهو جيد، لكن مش فندق بمعنى الفنادق العالمية.

No towel racks, No TP refills, No Hangers

We booked our hotel online for the Hotel Royal, but when our airport transfer picked us up from Cairo International, he told us that the owners just opened a new hotel, Capital Hotel and that our room had been changed to the new hotel (very close to the old). No problem, but we booked a suite and were only given a standard room. The hotel staff was nice, however. Onto the bad: There are no towel racks in the room. You are given only bath towels, we had to ask for an additional towel for the bathroom. You cannot hang your towel anywhere to dry (again, no towel racks). Internet only worked ~75% of the time Toilet would flush and then make loud, screeching noises for about 2 minutes. We "saved flushes" whenever appropriate. The hotel is not on Google Maps, so good luck with your Uber request or trying to find your way around. Luckily, it has a red & white awning that is quite distinctive, so you can usually find your way back, but nobody knows the hotel exists. Had to extend 1 night and the price changed from $20 to $30 per night. Sucks.

No reserven ahí. Las fotos se ve bonitas pero son completamente falsas, la realidad es otra. Desafortunadamente no tomé fotografías que testifiquen lo que digo.

In a good location but nothing else is great

We stayed here only for a day so it was not that big problem but it was a bit disappointing. It is great to walk to different places in downtown but the hotel itself is in a deserted alley where cars can't go. The view from the balcony was of the same deserted alley and nothing to write home about. Towels and linen were damp and the bathroom door wouldn't close. The staff though was helpful and they did what they could given the circumstances.

Très décevant. Personnel désagréable. La réception ne nous a pas envoyé la navette demandée pour arriver de l'aéroport. La chambre n'est pas du tout conforme aux photos. L'"hôtel" est en fait un appartement bruyant ou les chambres donnent directement sur la réception ou des gens parlent sans cesse et à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La propreté n'est pas du tout de mise. Le personnel va chercher a tout prix a vous vendre des excursions bien en dehors des prix réels et à plusieurs reprises. Le petit déjeuner est très basique. Les salles de bains sont insalubres. Le taxi que nous avons commandé pour repartir en direction de l'aéroport s'est engagé sur l'autoroute avec un pneu crevé, nous avons du faire du stop sur l'autoroute à 5h du matin pour terminer notre séjour. Bref, n'hésitez pas à aller en Égypte pour visiter mais ne résidez surtout pas dans cet "hôtel" !

最差劲的一次入住，因为根本没住进去

这次入住真的是最差劲的一次，首先我们是晚上八点多到的，但已经在网上提前交过钱了，到了之后先让我们等着，因为刚到开罗也是入住的这家，当时我忘记在网上已经付过钱的事，所以有交了一次，后来过了两天我星期这件事就找服务人员说应该退给我钱，当时是退了，可过后又打电话说第一天的时候就退给我钱了，这个我真记不得了，就说那等见面再细说，18号晚上我回去了一次，当事人不在，其他人在还跟我说这件事情已经解决了，我当时是要求看监控的，但他已经说解决了那我以为他们已经查清楚了，结果这次入住的时候让我先把退的钱还回去，然后再说别的，并把当事人也叫来了，那我说那就看监控吧，结果跟我说他们的监控只能保存三天，现在看不了，只能让我交钱，那我就问他们看了么，结果他们也没看就凭印象就让我交钱，而且也告诉我今晚没有给我留房间，在其他酒店里，不交钱就不带我们去，僵持了两个小时，我也累了，就把钱给他了，另一家酒店条件跟他家差不多，然这种违约行为应该怎么算呢，也希望好订网能给我个交代。

Horrible experience

The rooms are nothing like they post on the internet. The A.C. was not working the rooms were dirty. Every thing was a fake. I will never never reserve with them again. Horrible service.

No facilities provided as mention on internet.

Very bad experience. No transportation provided as promised. We were Forced to use public transport from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. An additional money were asked for devices. In breakfast we have to buy our own eggs. We stayed 4 days but room was never cleans neither bad sheet or trowel changed. We need to get our ow toilet tissue from facilities. We left with no choice but to stay once full payments were done. Internet service was very bad, there was weak coverage in side the room, to use WiFi we need to sit out side the room in lobby. It was not advisable for our females. You need to investigate before listing such type of hotels, its not a low rate, its about not fulfilling commitment as mention online booking such as: WiFi, decent breakfast or shetter sevice. It was noticed that other people were disappointed due to the same. It will damage Expedia image and trust. I am sure you will do the needful. Thank you for asking.

you will never find friendlier more helpful staff

Wasn't sure at first but then really settled in. The hotel is located in a pretty good location for shopping or site seeing trips. Sitting back a bit from the main streets made this a much quieter location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will never feel more welcome anywhere. Met some very nice fellow travellers and enjoyed sitting around in the morning sharing information about home life, other countries travelled or just the days plans. We had a wonderful Utime and will miss the staff and friendly travellers we met each day forward

Keine Zimmer frei trotz vorheriger Buchung, Bezah.

Ich und meine Begleitung kamen vom Flughafen Kairo ins Hotel Royal. Der Mann am Empfang sprach gut Englisch und spielte die ganze Zeit am Handy. Ich gab ihm meine Buchungsbestätigung. Es passierte nichts. Auf meine Fragen antwortete er nicht. Nach einer Stunde warten erfuhren wir nach eindringlichem mehrfachen Fragen, dass es keine Zimmer mehr gibt. Wir waren geschockt. Es gab keinerlei Service. Meine Familie musste uns von Deutschland aus ein anderes Hotel besorgen. Als ich ihn fragte, wie ich jetzt mein Geld zurück bekomme, gab es auch keine Antwort. Das war extrem unverschämt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns so geärgert. Wer sich Ärger sparen will sollte nicht in dieses Hotel gehen! Keinerlei Weiterempfehlung! Zusätzlich war das Hotel allein im 'Empfangsraum' herunter gekommen.

Hotel super simples!

As fotos estão muito melhores do que o lugar realmente é. Fiquei bem decepcionado quando cheguei e vi ao vivo. O único fator positivo a meu ver foi a localização.

لا يوجد مصداقية في التعامل

لا انصح احد بالذهاب الى هذا الفندق ، كان يجب ان استلم الغرفة الساعة الثانية عشرة لكنهم سلموني الغرفة الساعة الثامنة مساء بسبب الصيانة لا يحترموا مواعيد حجز الزبائن

No tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la pagina web o lo que estan publicada. La verdad no me gusta nada, pero dentro de ese precio es aceptable. Es un sitio para dormir, duchar y salir. Wifi muy mal, ya que los empleados estan alli viendo videos, musica y mucho jaleo y ruido por parte de ellos hasta muy tarde de la noche. La chica que trabaja de limpiadora y que prepara los desayunos muy simpática. No ayudan con subir y bajar los equipajas si no hay propinas.

Friendly and helpful staff

We had a really nice time staying at the Royal Hotel. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the tours that they helped us book. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.
