I received an "upgrade" from standard to deluxe, as included in the reservation. but I could not see the improvement. Small, noisy room at the ground floor with contractors working or passing close to the window. Hot water missing in the morning. Quite disappointed, this time.
I expected more from 4* hotel. In the past was better

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. I have been staying here about twice or three times a year, for the last 5-6 years. Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff--some of whom I've now known for years--for their kind attention to their guests' needs. Thank you!
