とても綺麗で立地も良かったです。しかし、ハウスキーピングしてくれてる風なだけでシーツを取り替えてくれていなかったり、見栄えだけを綺麗にしてるのかなと言うところが残念でした。

清潔で快適

安心して泊まれる大型ホテル。一番の中心部までも一応徒歩圏内かな。少し離れている分値段もお手頃。WIFIも問題なく、水周りも清潔でした。最寄のメトロはわりと近いです。

お洒落で快適な客室

ホテル1階のレストランは北欧風のインテリアでまとめられ、モダンでお洒落。客室はゆったりしていて、インテリアやファニチャーはお洒落で落ち着いた配色。お洒落だが機能的なデスクと椅子がビジネス利用にはとても使いやすかった。ベッドの寝心地もとても良い。ただバスルームはシャワーのみ。自分は全く平気だが、バスタブが必要という人には少し残念かもしれない。

中心部から少し離れるが、その分お得で快適

中央駅との間は徒歩で12~15分程度要するので、バッグを持っての移動に難はあるものの、ＥＵと中央駅の中間程度で、普通に出歩く程度であれば全く問題ない。朝食ビュッフェも質・品数ともに満足できるものであったし、室内も綺麗かつ清掃も行き届いていた。

Shower water not consistently warm, would get cold early on. charger plugs far from beds. hole and stains in the carpet. room was really hot. staff is really friendly and helpful. location is good, as its close to the metro

Property felt very modern and was very comfortable. Apart from the first rude receptionist who couldn’t be bothered to listen, the rest of the staff were amazing and very very helpful. A lovely place fairly central and a great overall experience . Tip - go for the king sized bed. Absolutely massive !

Staffs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location is close to Art Lois station which is also convenient to most touristy spots. Facilities were great but a bit old (but still acceptable). Wonderful experience
