ドアマンの方が、朝早くに関わらず、チャーターした車を、私の変わりに探してくださいました。ロケーションもハーバード大学医学部に予定のあった私にはベストでした。本当にありがとうございました。

空港からもアクセスがよく良い場所です。あまり大きすぎずコンパクトにまとまっています。ひとつ残念だったのが、部屋の窓側すぐ外に巨大な室外機のようなものがあり、一晩中音がうるさかったです。

文句のつけようがありません。

高額なボストンのホテルの中で、これだけリーズナブルな価格でしかも目立った欠点もないホテルを見つけられたことはとてもラッキーでした。日本人にとってはとてもありがたいバスタブもありますし、部屋の設備では文句のつけようがありません。Wifiも朝晩ともにスピードが落ちることはありませんでした。周辺もフードコートが併設されているので便利です。タクシーが捕まえにくい場所ですが、コンシェルジェに頼めば全く問題ありません。このホテルは、Harvard Medical Schoolに併設されているので、患者さんや大学関係者が多く泊まっているのかもしれません。ホテルの場所が、ダウンタウンからGreen Lineで20分くらい離れたところにあり、そこを嫌がる人もいるかもしれませんが、Fenway球場やボストン美術館には歩いて行けるところにあるので、やはり穴場ですよ。

Very convenient for Dana Farber patients. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the value is terrible. There is a resort fee for a hotel that doesn’t even provide conditioner. There is stale smell in the common areas, the decor is boring/ ugly/ and the staff is borderline rude (no smiles, talk quickly). The associated food court is not what you want and there are no good restaurants in the area. They give less tha 24 hs of parking- ends at noon If you are coming to the health facilities, it’ll do.

The reservation was sent through under my christian name not surname. Consequently they could not find it. I was told I had no reservation. I was told they were full and only after much whining was a basic room provided.

I booked one night to attend a concert in the Fenway area. Parking is inexpensive and next to the Inn. Grabbed a coffee at the food court accessible from the inn before heading home. It was a cozy stay and I would recommend and stay here again.

Nice boutique hotel in the Longwood Medical district of Boston. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff is extremely heloful.

I loved this hotel and I found the staff to be quite helpful. The bartender and waiters in the restaurant were not only excellent at their jobs, they were exceedingly kind. My only criticism is that, as I was visiting with my very ill brother in Brigham and Women's, I had extremely limited meal choices on Saturday night. I understand that this restaurant closure may be the result of Covid, but if you could get it open on the weekends again and advertised it extensively, I think you would be happy with the results. As it is likely my brother will be there again in the future, I will choose to stay here, but I do think even just room service on the weekends would be helpful. Thank you again for the kindness. Expect to hear ambulance sirens, but that’s to be expected for the convenience of being near the hospitals. This is my third time here when I have to come to Boston for doctor appointments and would recommend it. Other than the outside noise, the hotel room itself is very quiet and comfortable. I have to have a wheelchair accessible room and it’s very well designed and spacious. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Freaked out by a rodent in the hallway that ran back into a housekeeping closet next door to my room. Road construction in front of hotel was loud and noisy from 6 pm to 10 pm at night. Hotel compensated my parking for $25 but still charged me a “facility fee” of $29.11.
