まさに「お・も・て・な・し」のきめ細かなサービスに大変満足しました。現地(タヒチ)スタッフも常に笑顔でサービス精神旺盛。フランス人スタッフはまぁまぁというかんじですね。景観、部屋も最高です。料理(ラグーン)はもう少しがんばってほしい。

Incredible property and location. The food, staff, service, massages were all top notch. If I was forced me to come up with a negative it would be that that drinks cost $25 at the bar. Pro tip - get your alcohol duty free in Tahiti before the flight to Bora Bora.

Loved our stay at the St. Regis, Bora Bora. We were a family of five enjoying the winter holidays at the island. Everything was top notch. Highly attentive service from everyone...incredible butlers (Diana and Julien), amazing beach staff (Maui, Teko and team), awesome food and beverage (Thierry) and all around friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent (just be prepared for very high prices) and we love the amenities: excellent gym, great snorkeling, stunning sunsets and bars to enjoy the views, fun riding bicycles everywhere and the cabins on the water were incredible (including the french press delivery every morning). We strongly recommend the shark/stingray snorkeling adventure and the ATV expedition. A fantastic vacation and a location we hope to return to soon.

Butler service (if you can call it that) could really be improved upon; ours hardly answered her phone. Will probably try The Four Seasons next time. Aside from breakfast buffet, dinner at their restaurants was subpar at best with Michelin rates prices. Hotel OWB was nice and Bora Bora is beautiful !

Everything went well except for the poor service at check out and check in, we had to pay accommodation for an exra guest who was denied a visa into the country. Also our keys got deactivated before our check out time. And we got denied an extra beach bag.

Overall an incredible location and very good resort. While resort was likely renovated some years ago and this showed a bit, still very nice and service was excellent. Heard from other guests and friends who had stayed at other resorts that service at St Regis was the best for sure.

Hotel is very nice but you are stuck there the whole time unless you do an activity outside of the hotel. The food selection is honestly not the greatest. You need reservations for every dinning room and during the day there is only one place available ti eat (unless you do room services) I wish there was more options of good quality food like steaks, lobster etc which there was none. Everything is expensive but it’s expected since you’re staying here. Water views are beautiful and the water is magical it’s a must go. Would not stay more than 5 days after that it’s too much and you will be bored. Literally at 6 pm it’s dark and there is nothing to do but go have dinner. The hotel has no night life at all

Roaches, outdated rooms, subpar service.
Bora Bora is lovely. This hotel needs work. We stayed in two overwater villas. The rooms were outdated and badly in need of renovation. There were plumbing issues with the sinks and toilets. The service was subpar. But the biggest issue: we found multiple cockroaches in our room - my sister stepped on one when getting out of bed in the morning and we found another dead roach near the television. Our parents had 2 cockroaches literally fall on their laps when they were sitting in the cabana on their deck. We actually had been very concerned about this based on prior reviews and then saw those were a few years old so we thought the issue had been addressed. Unfortunately not. It really ruined our experience.

We really enjoyed everything including our wedding ceremony at this resort. Definately a 5 star resort. We were very impressed with the amazing services and beatiful property. The Overwater bungalows are very spacious and well designed. For Covid test requested by the US, you may bring iHealth Covid-19 Antigen Rapid test with you, order Verified COVID Test Service from ihealthlabs.com to have the test done at your own hotel room, and get test results for traveling back to the US in about 30 minutes. You need a laptop to have the virtual meeting for testing.

We had a great experience as an adult couple at the St Regis Bora Bora in April 2022. While it is difficult to get to Bora Bora the pristine lagoon waters from the overwater bungalows are as pictured! Clear blue water and great temperature to relax and enjoy. There are many blog posts with general recommendations about travelling to Bora Bora and reviews of the St Regis resort more specifically. Utilize those tips and enjoy! The four restaurants onsite (plus theme nights like Indian, Polynesian, and Moana night) made it so that we had a unique dinner experience all 6 nights of our stay. I highly recommend getting the Half Board package if available. While drinks are separate (and very expensive) there aren't really any other upcharges associated with the half board package. This makes breakfast and dinner easy breezy to order off the menu and enjoy. The staff was great and the concierge communication pre-arrival was very helpful making dinner reservations (which I highly recommend and can easily be changed / cancelled upon arrival if plans change) as well as boat transfers to and from the resort. Highly recommend the St Regis for an (expensive) luxury trip of a lifetime. P.S. Kids are allowed and welcomed. They even have a kids play area / daycare that needs to be booked 24 hours in advance. However, this resort would likely be best for couples, honeymooners, anniversaries, etc.

Excellent experience, pricey but definitely worth it . Every experience was unique, from the dinner and breakfast to bungallow amenities . Most beautiful water I have seen. Also even though the resort was full you can never feel it is busy, no crowds anywhere. You can feel you are at exclusive place and treated that way.
