大変素晴らしい滞在が出来ました。交通の便もよくベルリンフィルを聴いた後も歩いて帰れました。気候の良いときには界隈お散歩も出来そうです・・・・。

初めてのベルリン旅行、ホテルはリッツカールトンで正解
ベルリンは初めて訪問しました。 とても素晴らしい町でした。 でも、リッツカールトンベルリン以外のホテルに滞在していたら、町の印象も変わっていたかもしれません。 約1週間の滞在でしたが、その間にいやなことは何一つありませんでした。残念ながら持ち込まざるを得なかった多少の仕事も、ビジネスセンターのおかげで問題なく進めることができました。 とくに、深夜でも自由に使用できるプリンタがよく活用させていただきました。 ビュッフェスタイルの毎朝の食事も、ひとつひとつの料理が丁寧にセレクトされていて、飽きることがありませんでした。 とくにお気に入りは、スモークサーモンと豊富なチーズ、そしてその場で焼き上げてくれるオムレツ（良く火が通っていて、私の好みの調理法です）、豊富なパン類などでした。 ホテルを決める際には、いくつかの候補のなから、ひとつに絞り込むのに悩みました。 けれども、最終的にリッツカールトンブランドの安定感と、そして、他の都市のリッツカールトンホテルよりも安く宿泊できるそのコストパフォーマンスの良さにひかれて決めました。 その選択が間違っていなかったことは、最初に部屋の鍵を開けた瞬間に理解出来ました。 広い寝室に書斎、そしてヘヴンリーベッド、清潔なバスルーム。 これまでヨーロッパの各都市で宿泊したどのホテルよりも、広く、高級感にあふれ、立地も良く、そのうえリーズナブルでした。 ありがとう、リッツカールトンベルリン。 また次にベルリン訪問の際は、また利用させていただきます。

Very convenient location
The most disappointed thing was when we checked in, the lady receptionist said we can grade up the room which has a better view, 30€ more per night. We agreed it. It was our anniversary trip. She said ”Have a nice stay!”, nothing other information. However the hotel was under the construction, so from early morning like 7：30 am until around 5：30pm, unbelievable big noise in the room. After walking all day, just before going out the dinner, we could not have even a nap. Also pool, sauna and gym are all closed!!!! Why she can not mention about these things before we found out? We love the quality and hospitality of Ritz Carlton but this hotel is the worst we’ve ever stayed from the hospitalitypoints, moreover the window face to the Potsdamer Platz was dirty and there were not enough towels in the bathroom. Anyway we don’t expect everything perfect but kind and pleasant normal standard of Ritz Carlton.

沢山のUバーンSバーン乗り入れがあるポツダマープラッツ駅から徒歩10秒に位置し、どこに行くにも便利なロケーションです。周辺に飲食店やスーパーマーケットの入ったモールもあり、とても便利。チェックイン時の対応もスムーズで、リッツ・カールトンにしてはお値打ち。 ベルリンに行く際には是非オススメです

さすがリッツ・カールトンです。いつものサービス、いつものクオリティを保っています。お部屋はとても落ち着いており、従業員さんはいつも気持ちの良い対応をしてくれます。ドアマンの方にはいつも関心させられます。

町の中心ですが、部屋は静かでゆっくり休めます。眺望は隣のビルしか見えませんでしたがこの立地なら仕方ありません。洗面台やアメニティなどは、他のリッツほど豪華でないもののスタッフの対応、朝食の充実度など、満足できました。200EURなら安いです。

調度品の豪華さ、ホテルの華やかな雰囲気はリッツならではのもの。チェックイン時、荷物を運んでもらったとき、コンシェルジュのスタッフ対応も、やはりリッツ、と言える安定感があった。部屋も清潔で快適、朝食も美味しく満足、駅近で近隣に観光名所もあり、短い滞在時間でも充実した時間を過ごせた。 次回ベルリン滞在時もぜひ利用したい。

利便性の良いホテル
ベルリンフィルを聴きにいくため近くのホテルをと思って宿泊しました。 部屋は素敵で快適でしたが、窓の外が隣のビルでしたので眺望はいまいちでした。 金額によるのでしょうが。 ホテルの近くには大きな公園もあり、楽しく散歩ができました。 ベルリンフィルのホールは徒歩５分くらいでした。 でも、ベットも部屋全体の雰囲気もよく全体的には快適でした。

ドイツではヒルトンに2泊、リッツに2泊しました。 ヒルトンはアールデコスタイルの内装、リッツはクラシックな正統派、どちらもステキでした。 が夜になると部屋が寒い。修理の方に来てもらって直りましたということでそのまま就寝。でもやっぱり寒い。 リッツに泊まって寒くて目が覚めるというのも情けなかった。ヒルトンにいればよかったわと後悔しました。 次の日フロントにその旨言うと、お部屋をアップグレードしますとの事そのまま仕事に出かけ戻ってみたら アップグレードどころかスィートへ、それも200平米の最高のお部屋だったのです。 お付の人が使うのでしょうキッチンつきでした。朝ごはん昼ごはん、アフタヌーンティー夕食クラブフロアですべてついていました。でもほとんど私一人。 この先2度とできない経験で評価がふつうというのは申し訳ないのですが元のお部屋に泊まったとしての評価です。ベルリンはホテル代が他の都市に比べて非常に安いのでベルリンに泊まられる方はいいホテルに泊まってみるといいと思います。

Fantastic hotel, we loved the Art-Deco feel of our suite and the cocktail bar is great. Very friendly service across all encounters we had with staff. Location is brilliant.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit vorbildlichem Empfang. Das Hotel ist sehr luxuriös und vor allem die Zimmer sehr sehr sauber. Das große Frühstück ist bezaubernd und mit großer Vielfalt und Auswahl. Das Personal sehr freundlich. The Ritz Carlton in Berlin…. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Terry Greene the afternoon/evening doorman was outstanding and very pleasant and helpful. He gets 5 stars from us. The rest of our experience was rather disappointing for a Ritz Carlton. Did not get turn-down service on 1 of the 3 nights. Had to actually request water one day, after room service was done. I checked out a 4:00 AM, understandably early. However, there was only one person at the front desk, rolled up sleeves, no tie or coat. When I requested change of a large bill so I could tip bell man, I was told they carry no cash in the evenings. I requested that someone go to my room to retrieve our bags. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go up myself and bring the bags down. Not what I would expect at a Ritz-Carllton.
