最も便利なアレキサンダープラッツ駅のすぐそばで、立地は申し分ありません。ただ年配の日本人にとって湯船がない部屋がほとんどなのは残念です。

大変便利、新しくて快適
最初、予約が入っていないといわれましたが、スタッフの対応がよく、幸い空室があったのですぐに同じ条件で予約を入れてくれました。部屋は狭く、設備は簡素ですが清潔でこの立地でこの価格であれば十分満足。駅や空港へのバス停も近くて便利。チェックアウト後預けた荷物を取りに行ったときの対応がいま一つだったので少し減点。

There are several places of course, to shop and eat in the area, so quite a few amenities nearby. The room is small but very comfortable. This was a really nice place to stay for our last two nights in Berlin. We wanted to still explore Mitte and a bit around Alexanderplatz but have an easy connection to the airport on our final, early morning. So close and easy to walk to the station, and from there, a comfortable ride to BER airport. A nice part of our wonderful time in Berlin!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price. Better to eat out. Perfect location to transport both around the city and to the airport. The rooms varied in size, but were clean and modern. The hotel offers two bars, one on the second floor and ond at the top floor with nice views over the city.

Decent except for the shower
Overall pretty decent but here was one issue that was really annoying. For some reason the water temperature in the shower fluctuates by *a lot*. I set the shower to a comfortable temperature and then without touching anything it would quickly switch between too cold and too hot. I would really like to see this addressed because not being able to comfortably shower negates one of the main purposes of a hotel.

Top Lage
Die Lage gleich am Alexanderplatz ist hervorragend, und von unserem Zimmer im 18. Stock hatten wir eine super Aussicht. Die Zimmer selbst sind recht klein aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, mehr Ablageflächen wären notwendig. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber schmackhaft, die Bar im 18. Stock ist super in Design, Aussicht, Getränkeauswahl und Ambiance. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Fint men dyrt
Fint hotel med god beliggenhed, men for dyrt til hvad man får. Vi fik et værelse ind mod en lukket gård hvilket var lidt ærgeligt. Der var andre småting som gjorde at det ikke var prisen værd, som fx var der kun papkrus til vand i stedet for rigtige glas, ingen information på værelset omkring hotellet, ingen elkedel til kaffe, og der var meget lydt ift. når andre værelser gik i bad eller på toilettet. Vi kunne derudover aldrig få fat på personalet fordi de altid havde travlt i receptionen. Ellers gode senge, god rengøring og nem check ud. Hvis værelserne var billigere havde det været mere passende.

Great stay.
Really good. Hotel room super nice with lots of space. Would have been nice to have a bar fridge in the room. Staff wonderful and friendly. Rooms Modern and super clean. Hotel breakfast a bit expensive but delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed, would recommend. Well connected and central.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und trotz großen Andrang speditiv. Die Aussicht in der 17 Etage super. Die Zimmer aber sehr klein und im Badezimmer kann man sich kaum drehen. Also nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst.
