Prijs kwaliteit op zich wel goed. İk vond het jammer dat we geen water en een koelkast in de kamer hadden. We hadden insuline bij ons en die moesten we helaas op kamer temperatuur bewaren (koeltasje was uitgewerkt:)

Beste gast, onze excuses voor het eventuele ongemak. Onze kamers hebben geen koelkasten, wat ook op onze website staat vermeld. Maar we hebben een koelkast bij de receptie waar u /alleen/medicijnen kunt bewaren als dat nodig is. Helaas wisten wij niet dat u deze service nodig had.Wij zullen blij zijn u in de toekomst weer als gast te mogen ontvangen!Hartelijke groetenKatiaReceptie

L'hôtel est bien situé proche de toutes commodités. La chambre propre et très bonne literie. Personnel agréable & serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, reichliche Auswahl aber alles mittelmäßige Qualität. Viel confinience food, Kaffee nicht gut eingestellt. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es Feueralarm und die Gäste waren ca. 1,5 Std. draußen 20-21:30 Uhr. Es gab kein einziges sorry für die Umstände o.ä. Das hat vielleicht auch keiner erwartet und in so einer Situation ist es für das Personal auch Stress. Zumindest am Folgetag beim auschecken hätte sich ein freundliches sorry gut gemacht.

Hotel was good but the receptionist told me that they were not a problem if I will go earlier and charge my credit card in advance. When was necessary to go earlier then another receptionist told me it was not possible and Expedia should return my money so I could have an Invoice showing that the Balance was negative in a lot of Euros. Did talk with Expedia and they told me that the Hotel should return the money because they have charged me and not Expedia that in fact was true. Finally I show that and the Hotel told that they could return to me only one night instead of the four... Why? they have a proper signed invoice showing the exact amount. I'm now waiting for the response but has taken too much time already, this people just want to steel my money. So different for the common known German culture, very disappointing, never trust the credit card to this people, until know they are stealing me a lot of Euros.

Personal super freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet sehr empfehlenswert, gute Auswahl, passt auf jeden Fall. Sauberkeit der Zimmer nicht passend für ein by Hilton Hotel. Schmutzige Duschtasse, alle Oberflächen nicht gereinigt. Daran muss definitiv gearbeitet werden.

Manglende og dårlig renhold
Elendig renhold. Er vant med at standarden på et tilsvarende hotell vil være at det er støvfritt på rommet når du kommer. Søppel fra forrige gjest er fjernet. Ikke at forrige gjest sitt bind ligger i søpla på badet… At badet vaskes over hver dag, at skitne glass og kopper fjernes og erstattes med nye daglig. Og at kun skitne håndklær gjesten legger på gulvet byttes ut med nye. Her ble alt som kunne oppleves som brukt, byttet ut. Lite miljøvennlig. Og sto ikke i stil med at annet renhold ikke ble gjort. Fant også to sigaretter under sengen + kaffesøl som hadde rent nedover nattbordet og utover teppet under sengen (også fra en tidligere gjest) m.m., da jeg var på leting etter en hårspenne jeg mistet på gulvet (dessverre) under sengen. Teppene både på rommet generelt, og utenfor i gangen var brune av skitt. Dette på hotellets 1. etasje.
Sigaretter og flekker under og rundt sengen på rom 117.

Ubicación excelente y desayuno muy bien
El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, al lado de Alexanderplatz, donde hay estación para viajes al aeropuerto. El desayuno diverso y buena calidad. La atención , correcta, sin más. Nadie habla español. Habitación pequeña para tres personas , el sofá-cama bastante incómodo. Limpieza sin mucho esfuerzo. En tres días, no hicieron las camas, solo suben el edredón de forma descuidada. Uno de los días se nos cayeron 100€ en la habitación y lo comentamos en la recepción, parece ser que nadie de limpieza informó de haber «  encontrado » nada…en fin…tampoco insistimos… ¿ cómo reclamas algo así? En general, el hotel , relación calidad/ precio está bien para Berlín.

Lage und Zimmer sind ok. Frühstücksraum gleicht eher einer Bahnhofshalle, wirkt dadurch ungemütlich. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, allerdings ist eine angenehme Nachtruhe kaum möglich, da die Lüftung im Bad und die Klimaanlage sich nicht komplett abstellen lassen, vom Straßenlärm mal ganz zu schweigen.
