ちょっと変わった感じ
良いところは、部屋が広い、照明の色が調整可能、朝食が豊富。 よくないところは、シャワー室の構造が不便(トイレと同空間のため、シャワー後、床が水だらけで、トイレの使用が不便)、小度は使用不可能の状態のため電話して修理を頼んだが来なかった。

Facilities of former Marriott has been old but well maintained. Room is luxury large and very clean. Comfortable stay. Staffs are not so sophisticated but no problem. Few can speak English. Overall this hotel is recommended.

途中で部屋を代えさせられた。政府から、部屋から北京駅が丸見えだから、その部屋は使うなというのが理由らしい。中国らしいと言えばらしいが。 代わった部屋は、前より少し広かったが、洗面所の扉が固く、開閉しにくかった。 夜に栓抜きをフロントに頼んだが、なかなか来ないので、催促の電話をして、ようやく持ってきた。係の人の感じは、誰も悪くはなかったが。

出張で2泊。 ホテルは北京駅近くにあり、便利。 しかしGoogle mapでは正確な位置を示してくれないので個別で行くときは百度地図で確認しながら行くことをオススメします。 私は北京駅付近で30分ほど迷いました。 ホテルについては申し分ありません。 迷っている時にホテルに電話をして道を聞いた時は親切に教えてくれました。 部屋も綺麗で広いです。 朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。 またホテルのグランドフロアにはいくつかローカルレストランがあるのですが、値段はやすくそして美味しかったです。

受付は良かったがホテルマンの感じはあまりよくなかった。部屋も広くなく古い感じがした。場所も中途半端なところにある。ホテルに隣接してコンビニや飲食店がいくつかあるのが救いだった。

ロケーションの良いホテルです
新しい施設とは言えませんがもともとお金をかけて建設したようで給排水壁の厚みなど一つ一つしっかりした建物でした。宿泊した部屋はリビングとベッドルーム独立したタイプです。北京国際空港から車で渋滞込で40分程度、地下鉄2号線1号線ともにホテルの前に駅があり、ホテルの並びに商業施設もあり、マリオットブランドのホテルなので印象は豪華さを感じました。ファシリティー以外のサービス面ではあまりよくありません、レストランスタッフやコンシェルジュ、ドアマン、ハウスキーパーなどの態度はブランドホテルでとらえるとかなり劣悪ですが無視すればやり過ごせました。フロントスタッフはまぁフレンドリーで速いスピードでなければ英語も通じます。

北京駅徒歩圏内なので、駅利用者には便利ですが、車利用者は駅前の渋滞に遭遇する確率高いです。また 駅近のためかロビーに待ち用の椅子やソファは無く、ロビーでの待ち合わせには不便。それ以外は快適。ベッドや設備も良いです。

快適なホテル
ベッドも清潔、アメニティも過不足なく。お水の補充が場所が変わってて探しました。朝食がえらく高く、二泊で12,000JPYをエクストラで払って、部屋をアップグレードしてもらいました。エグゼクティブルームは本格的なお茶が飲めて助かりました。1Fの朝食のメニューは私の食べたい物が少なく、値段の割にはそこは少し残念でした。

居心地のいいホテル
サービスはとてもよかった。今回スタンダードファミリールームを予約していましたが、チェックイン時に夕食ビュッフェ、夕食後のデザート、カクテル、朝食ビュッフェ+部屋のアップグレードを勧められお願いしましたが、食事はどれも質素でおいしくなかったし、観光でホテルにいる時間も少ないので部屋のアップグレードも必要ないと感じました。夜中の1時の便でしたが、朝7時のチャックアウトから夜10時まで荷物も預かってもらえ、とてもよかったです。子供たちは誰も居ないプールで泳いだり、ジムを利用して楽しんでいました。最寄りの地下鉄は建国門、徒歩7，8分。白タクはとても高いですが、流しているタクシーは基本10元1キロごとに2元ととても安いので、乗り換えや駅まで行く時間を考えるとタクシーでの移動が一番快適でした。北京駅が歩いて2，3分ですが日本人が食事できるような店はありませんでした。水や簡単な食料品は買えます。

はっきりいって、外観は地味で古いのですが、内装やサービスはまったく問題なく、５つ星クラスです。スタッフのサービスも満足しました。

The hotel is not near any of the tourist spots. But I guess most your companies pick up from there, that's why I chose it. Breakfast is good and varied for all tastes. Staff absolutely fabulous couldn't help me enough with the few issues I had, noting to do with the hotel. And of you like fish there's a great fish buffet in the hotel

Stayed here for 7 times already. Excellent location near JianGuoMen subway station and Beijing Train Station. Helpful and friendly staffs. Very clean and spacious room with great facilities. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel is convenient, room is spacious and clean. Many shops for small groceries and several very good restaurants outside the hotel are within a 5-minute walk. When booking through Expedia's website, we reserved a room for 3 people, and this was confirmed. However, later it was mentioned that there are two beds, but an extra bed could be added upon request. We tried to arrange this via the app, but received no response from the hotel. We even tried calling the hotel multiple times, but there was no answer. We also attempted to arrange this directly through Expedia, but were unsuccessful. Upon check-in, we informed them about the situation, and they added an extra bed for a charge of 300 Yuan per night. However, the bed provided was old, extremely hard, and not comfortable at all. I had it removed after the first night. The reception staff speaks very poor English. Fortunately, we were able to translate the conversations using an app. During check-in, we were told that the AC throughout the building would not be working for the time being. They couldn't indicate when this AC would be operational. Fortunately, the outside temperature was such that we didn't need it. However, after a few days, the outside temperature rose, causing the temperature in the room to reach 26 degrees Celsius. The AC worked fine in the hotel's common areas, but not in our room. During our stay we moved to 3 different rooms. The reception staff is very helpfull to resolve any issues.

청소상태가 너무 불량합니다. 야간에도 온도가 30도로 더워서 진땀을 흘리는데 에어컨이 찬바람이 안나오고 더운바람만 나왔습니다. 항의해도 소용없었습니다. 냉장고도 작동이 되지 않았습니다. 그것도 여러번 항의하니 비닐봉지에 얼음을 한주먹 가져다 주었습니다. 정말 늦은시간만 아니었다면 다른곳으로 옮기고 싶었습니다.

Good location easy to reach all attractions with subway ,the room is spacious,the downside is my room temperature was 26-27 Celsius and still dose not get air conditioning on ,went down to reception they replied weather not hot enough,the carpet floor was dusty within my entire stay

Beware! Worst star hotel in China. I called them twice asked about air conditioning due to my sensitivity skin before checking in ,they told me they have air conditioning, guess what?there is no air conditioning , not even a fan!

We were able to find a great Chinese restaurant nearby for dinner. The hotel breakfast had a good range of options. We had a nice big and quiet room. Would have preferred if the toilet/bathroom was a little larger.

This location is accessible from Jianguomen station and Beijing Railway station. The neighbourhood is quiet at JGM, but it is exactly opposite at BRS (busy with people) because of the foot traffic from Railway station. The property is kind of secluded. The hotel condition is good, bedroom very comfy and considerably spacious. I was given a free upgrade to premium room. Room without breakfast, but you can get one at 80RMB. The bed is very comfy, pillow is flat but it's just nice with two pillows stacked. Love this place, will like to revisit if I ever come Beijing again.

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten U Bahn Staton. Irgendwie befindet sich das Hotel in einem riesigen Gebäudekomplex. Unten im Gebäude gibt es 3-4 Restaurantes und was gut ist, einen kleinen Supermarkt. In der 3. Etage befindet sich das Schwimmbad ( Badekappenpflicht), Dampfbad in der Frauenumkleide und Sauna in der Herrenumkleide. Das W LAN funktionierte leider sehr schlecht. Für unseren Aufenthalt reichte es aus. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Buchen wùrden wir es allerdings nicht mehr.

Das Hotel war super gut, bis auf das Personal. Das war sehr nett aber nicht irgendjemand konnte Englisch. Nicht einmal an der Reception. Die einfachsten Fragen wie " gibt es hier eine Bar? oder gibt es hier ein Beauty Center? oder wo ist die nächste Railstation und und und verstanden sie nicht und konnten nicht antworten. Das fand ich sehr schlimm. Mitarbeiter in einem Hotel welche nicht englisch sprechen.!!!!!

My 12-24-2023 to 12-28-2023 stay. Positives This location was within a 10-minute walking distance from the Line 2 train which I like. Also within 3-10 minutes from local restaurants. The hotel room was very clean and the very beautiful Negavtives 1) The staff was not so nice. Yes, they would answer my questions, however, the did not have any manners and it seemed like they had an attitude. 2) I am a YouTuber, therefore I make videos of properties I stay at. I was told by one of the security guards that I could not take photos or take videos. Then he proceeded to follow me around. I talked to the front desk worker and they said it was okay. I had to get the supervisor to get the security officer to stop following me. 3) there was a huge roach in the changing locker room which led to the sauna and pool. I declined to use those facilities. 4) the internet is SUPER SLOW. I called the front desk to talk to them about the issue. The lady said she would send someone up for help. No one came. 5) Lastly. the room reserved in the photo is not the room I got when I arrived. Therefore, I would not book this location again. Just because a hotel is clean and beautiful doesn't mean it's a great place to stay.
