良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
空港からの到着が18時頃、ホテル前の道路(ラマ9駅方面)が渋滞し、ほんの数メートル進むのに10分かかるような状態になってしまった。ホテルは快適、スタッフも親切で高層階エスカレーターが分からなかったときにサッと教えてくれた。1Fにセブンあり。素泊まりだったが徒歩4ー5分にショッピングセンターがあり、飲食お土産には困らない。ジョッドフェアーズも近い。プールはシンプルだが十分。3世代で3ベッドルーム利用、十分広い、洗濯機とレンジは使い方に手間取ったがgoogle翻訳があればOK。

チェックイン時に登録エラー、 Wi-Fiが繋がらない。 登録完了まで違うパスワードを渡され使用。 Wi-Fiフリーとの記載だったが、 チェックアウト時に料金を請求された。 英語はあまり通じない シーツは綺麗 部屋は狭い 廊下の話し声がとてもうるさい ビジネスホテルです。 過度な期待はしないほうがいい

施設の状態は非常に良く、熱いお湯、シャワー共に全く問題が無く、快適に過ごすことができた。セントラルプラザやロータスが横にあるので買い物や食事に非常に便利であった。敢えてリクエストがあるとすれば、テレビチャンネルで、中国語の番組が多すぎる一方で、日本語放送が1つでもあればよかった。また映画やスポーツチャンネルも選択肢がもっとあれば良かった。

立地条件が、よかったです。 フードコートか近くにあった。一階には、コンビニがありました。グーグルマップはバスをさしていたようだか、私達は電車に、乗ってしまったけど、歩いても大変な距離ではなかったたすかった。 ホテル自体は問題はないが、裏にハリウッドという大型のバー?があり、音と振動が上の階に響いていました。初日は、慣れず大変だった。

The experience of staying this service apartment is comforting, grand lobby with polite and helpful staffs, very closed to central rama 9 shopping mall and fair night market ,we stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment with friends in the highest level first 6 nights , no sound heard from jodd fair night market, the last night we changed to 1bedroom premier type with my hubby at the lower level, disturbing noise was clear from night market, the bathtub leaking , hot water is not unlimited, specifically choose bathtub room type for our last night, but can’t use it, lift wait long time when morning peak period, almost a half hour, swimming pool protected from the sun through the trip

We are very welcoming of all feedback both constructive and positive regarding the services that we provide.In terms of the rooms, the hotel has a thorough maintenance program for all our rooms. I feel that the gap in attention to detail within our Engineering department during higher business levels and possibly a lack of training has resulted in this disappointing experience. I have taken this up strongly with our Engineering teams and have given instructions to immediately call an urgent meeting with all relevant staff and to address these issues point by point. I am very disappointed with all the issues raised. No amount of apology is enough for this obvious lapse in service.Once again, I would like to thank you for your valuable time, and I do hope you will consider this as one inopportune event and give us another chance to regain your confidence in our products and services.

좋은 여행하고 왔습니다.
전체적으로 컨디션이 좋습니다. 조식도 쏘쏘하게 간단히 즐기기 좋은 편이고 다만 묵었던 방 창문쪽으로 클럽이 있어 새벽2~3시 까지 우퍼 소리가 웅웅 하고 들립니다. 여행내내 피곤해서 기절하는 통에 크게 신경 쓰지 못했지만 생각보다 소리가 크게 들립니다 체크인시 클럽 반대편으로 방을 배정해달라고 요청하세요

最高のホテルです
フロントサービスは最高です。部屋も清潔感がありとても良い。ベットメイキングのスタッフの対応も良く気持ちがいい。立地はMRTまで少し歩くが、大型ショッピング店舗やレストランが近隣にありとても便利な場所。またAsokなどに比べ空港までの渋滞に巻き込まれない為、スムーズに空港へ行き来ができる。総じてこのホテルは最高だった。また機会があれば絶対に宿泊したいホテルだ。
