ネームバリューだけのホテルでがっかり。室内の設備が悪い、入り口の電気が消せなくなり、夜中２時に設備関係のおじさんが配電盤を修理しにきた、おかげで寝不足。翌日はシャワーが水漏れ、バスタブのシャワーを使えたが浴槽から飛び散らず、床が水びたしにならないように恐る恐る使わないといけなかった。連泊だったのでクレームも言わなかった。お勧めはしないです。

プロンポン駅に近いという立地条件。近くにもホテルは沢山ありますが50代の私にはここが一番心地よく思いました。

立地もよくスタイリッシュだが、建て付けが悪い。トイレの引き戸の上部が5センチは開いてる(枠が斜め)。シャワールームのドアがきっちり閉まらないので、洗面所の床は濡れる。トイレットペーパーの予備が置いてないので、足らなくなる。

コロナ前のような良さを感じない清潔感になっていました。朝食も非常に美味しかった記憶がありましたが、美味しく感じる食材に出会えませんでした。フィットネスジムは、それなりに楽しめましたが、設備のメンテナンスがされていない状態でした。場所は非常に便利なところにありますので、また利用したいと思います。

駅から近く、付近に食事やコンビニがあり便利でした。部屋は他のバンコクの同等ホテルと比べると少々小さいですが奇麗でした。ウォシュレットも完備されていました。32Fのルーフトップバーも平日はすいていて快適でした。ほかの方も書いているように32Fへのエレベーターが宿泊客と兼用です。混雑する時間もありました。朝食の種類も常識範囲内で大丈夫でした。バンコクへは年2～3回程度行きますが次回も検討に値するホテルでした。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

ラウンジサービスがあるので、部屋をエグゼクティブにしたのに、開いていなかった。予約時にそのような情報がなかった。ラウンジが開いていないのなら、このホテルを予約しなかった。1泊５千円程度損した気分。滞在中、１日だけ部屋の掃除を全くしてくれなかった。フロントに２回頼みに行って、やりますと返事を貰いながら、結局、その日は無しのつぶて。フロントから何の連絡も謝罪もなかった。

BTSプロンポンの駅に歩いてすぐで、隣のエンポーリアムからも駅に上がれる。一駅行くとアソークで地下鉄も乗り継ぎ出来るし、ショッピングビル（ターミナル21）直結なので買い物や食事にも便利な立地。部屋もきれいでコンセントがたくさんあって、ベット脇にはUSBの差し込み口もあり使いやすかった。目の前が道路で車やバイクがたくさん通るけど防音もしっかりしてるので部屋のなかは静かで安眠できた。毎日の掃除も行き届いて快適に過ごせた。日本語スタッフはいなかったけれど、分かりやすい英語で話してくれて親切丁寧。トイレットペーパーが少なくなって追加リクエストしたらすぐに対応してくれた。今回、宿泊2回目だったけど次回も利用したい。

The front desk staff was very nice. He even gave me an upgrade. However, in the room near the top floor, I could not sleep at all because of the loud music from the rooftop bar and the noise and footsteps of people walking on the roof until midnight. It's very stressful. I stay in Bangkok about 50 days a year, and I think this is definitely the worst hotel in Bangkok. I was really tired from the stress and lack of sleep.

プロンポン駅の近くで立地は凄く良いです部屋は設備が少し古くなって来てる感じでエアコンからの匂いがあったりシャワーの水圧が低かったりします。少し値段が高いようなー前にある新しく出来たホテルの方が綺麗で安いと思いました。

バンコク滞在に最適なホテル

水周りがあまり良くない。連泊してアメニティが補充されてなかったのでフロントに連絡したが持ってこなかった
