近くには大型ショッピングセンター、マッサージ店は多数あります。駅は徒歩5分圏内です。朝食はバンコクでもトップクラスだと思います。リネン類も問題無し、バスタオルもフカフカで流石です。セーフティボックスの不具合も直ぐに対応していただきました。次回もお世話になる予定です。ありがとうございました。

悪かった点チェックイン時に荷物を運んでもらえず、自分で部屋まで持って行ったのが残念。部屋のカギが時々使えなくなり、フロントで修正が必要だっのが面倒。良かった点チェックアウトが早朝だったが、朝食BOXを用意してもらえたのがありがたかった。

There were no hand towels at all. There was no conditioner on the first day. The refrigerator didn't get cold at all all day, so I couldn't use it. It's a shame because I was satisfied with everything else.

綺麗で設備も良いが、セーフティボックスが故障浴槽にお湯は張れるが、シャワーが出ない、ドアの建て付けが悪く、最後のところで閉まらないため、自動施錠が掛からない　友人の部屋ではテレビが故障、そしてベッドメイクを頼んだのに、されてなく再度頼む事に　もう2度と泊まりたくない　ですね

Convenient location with Comfortable hospitality

Walking distance from BTS/Asoke & MRT/Sukhumvit. Let’s Relax spa has variety of spa menu with reasonable price & good skill. Has rooftop bar with nice skyscraper view of Bangkok metropolitan. Nominal comment for its facility as bath room floor is quite sloppy but overall pleasant experience to stay.

実質四つ星ホテルかな

五つ星というだけあり、部屋は良し。バスタブもあり、湯温や湯量も良し。フロントの対応も落ち着いていて問題なし。改善点を挙げるなら朝食。種類はそこそこあるが、店員の対応レベルが全般的に低い。食事だけなら、ドリームホテルの方が上かも。

家族旅行でした。スタッフの方はとても親切な方が多く、子どもに優しかったです。ホテルは綺麗ですが、気になった点はシャワーの排水が遅かったです。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったです！ラウンジが使えるプランにしたので優雅に軽食も楽しめました！

タイミングがあると思うがフロント女性スタッフの対応が非常に悪かった！レストランスタッフと掃除スタッフはとても良かった！ホテルの顔であるフロントこそ接客が大切だと思います。残念！また特典も全くなくわざわざVIPAccessでホテルを探したのが意味なく終わりました。
