Dear Sir, Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. Unfortunately I think there was a misunderstanding. Our housekeeping staff entered your room to clean, as per our daily service. We have the "Do Not Disturb" sign to set up if you wish that nobody enters in your room, but at that time it was not displayed, that's why our staff got confused. They might think you changed your mind and can be in trouble if they don't clean the room, please understand us on that point. We are sorry for that, and we hope that you can also understand our position. A bit sorry & sad that your score sanctions this misunderstanding as our staff didn't really do any mistake.
