「Beautiful and hygiene! It was a bit difficult to adjust temperature of the water from shower. (Quite hot because we have infant) other than that it was more than wonderful stay:) thank you」

「工事中の為、日中は騒音がした。 レストランが、部屋から遠く坂道や階段が有り 小乳児は危険と感じた。」

「It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. It is not International...

「Palace long hai was the perfect retreat after a good Vietnam holidays touring from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Right from the welcoming reception at the resort by Van (Natalie) to the wonderful bell Tuan to the nice Tuong in the restaurant, every one was so good. The resort has a fabulous swimming pool and the cottages are very nice. Opposite the resort is the Long hai beach, which is very clean. Overall we stayed two nights . Highly recommended.」

「リゾート施設内にはコテージタイプの部屋等、ありますが、私が宿泊したのは、ホテルタイプの部屋でした。 部屋はきれいですが、少し古い感じもします。 スタッフは英語対応できますが、自信がないのか、フレンドリーというほどではなかったです。 朝食はちょっと残念な感じ(^◇^;) リゾート自体は一日中楽しめると思いますが、アクセスが大変でした。」

「Some people would like this type of cottage type room, for breakfast you get a choice between eggs and bread or instant noodles with meat. Overall I was okay with the place but if you are looking for a nice resort with nice swimming pool and beach then this is not it.」

「スタッフが無愛想で感じが悪い。部屋から海が見えないとところに入れられた。夜になると防音設備のないカラオケルームからへたくそな歌が深夜1時までつずいた。なんだこのホテル、二度と行かない。 金返せ！！」
