He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. 「Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. 「This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. 「部屋のarredamentoがとても好きです。フロントもスタッフも素晴らしい！朝食は7時から１１時とゆっくりでき、内容も申し分ありません。ただ、部屋のお掃除がベッドメイキングとバスルームは洗面台だけ、浴槽やトイレなどは掃除されませんでした。（自分で掃除するので）それは別に構わないけれど、部屋の床は簡単な掃除機かけだけのようで、５～６日ごとに代えている部屋専用の布スリッパの底が４日目なのに真っ黒になって細かい埃がびっしりついていて捨てました。全然もモップがけされてないようです。去年はこんな風ではありませんでした。人手不足なのかもしれませんが毎日でなくとも１度されたらと思います。」
