駅に近くて便利。下水の臭いが気になるほどだったのが残念
夫婦と成人した息子の3名で利用。アントワープ中央駅から徒歩3分くらい。駅周辺はあまり治安が良くなさそうで、目の前の建物も廃ビルだったので夜の外出はあまり気持ちの良いものではなかった。コロナウィルスの影響でホテル内を含む飲食店は全て営業停止となったが、予期せずキッチン付きの部屋を予約していたので、スーパーへ買い出しに行き、調理して食べることが出来た。部屋は大人3名でも狭くはなかったが、ダイニングスペースがもう少し広く取れると良かった。一番のマイナス点は洗面所からの下水か何かの臭い。洗面所に入るとウっと来る臭さ。洗面台や浴槽に水を流せば収まるのだが、水を使わないでおくと臭う。洗面所の扉を開けたまま外出してしまうと、戻った時に部屋中に臭いにおいがこもって、換気をせずにはおられなかった。スタッフはフレンドリーで全体的には良かったのだが、とにかく臭いには閉口した。ちょうど滞在時期にベルギー政府が講じたコロナウィルス対策で、行きたいところも臨時休業してしまい残念だったが、ある意味思い出に残る滞在となった。

広くて駅近、おすすめです
まず、立地は大変便利なところにあります。アントワープの駅のすぐ近くです。部屋は広くて快適です。ただ、廊下が水道のカルキのようなにおいがして、ちょっと不快でした。最初、部屋にも少しそのにおいがしたのですが、慣れたのかあまり気にならなかったです。１泊だけの滞在だったので、可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。フロントの人は感じがよかったし、フロントの横に食事ができるところもあり、テラスもあり、ビリヤードもあり、家族で楽しんでいる人も居ました。チェックインタイムより前だったけど、部屋の準備ができているからと、入れてくれました。相対的によいホテルだと思います。

洗濯乾燥機は無料で使用できる！
早く到着し過ぎたせいか、チェックインは後で構わないと伝えたのですが、お掃除を慌てたのでしょうか。窓の付近にゴミやお菓子屑が散らばっていました。それが原因か部屋中に蟻が大量発生。部屋を交換するとの事でしたが、新たな部屋はダウングレード。結局、元の部屋で一晩我慢。翌日薬剤散布で対応してもらいました。

電車旅には便利かも
電車旅だったので中央駅前のホテルを選びましたが、主要観光スポットまでは少し距離があったので、車での移動の場合はもう少し違う場所でもよかったかもしれません。広い部屋でしたが、エアコンらしき電子音が大きく気になりました。朝食は最上階のレストランで食べられますが、あまりコスパはよくない印象です。

繁華街に近くても静かなホテル
9月1日にホテル名が変わったということで、11月24日からの予約を7月中に予約していたので、4日前にホテルから届く予約の確認が来なかった。またGoogleMapでもホテル名が変わっていたために確認できず、夜到着のため困った。忙しかったのだろうとは思うが、予約者には一本ホテル名変更の連絡を入れてほしかった。ホテルの部屋は広くて快適だった。また、駅から近くにぎやかな場所にある割には静かでよかった。駅から近いが案外分かりにくいので駅で通りを確認したほうがよい。バスローブがあるのも助かった。ただ、部屋の掃除はなくなり、またタオルの替えもなくなり、ごみがたまったらその由カードを出してくれれば夕方5時までにはごみは取り除くとのことであった。ある意味誰も部屋に入ることが無くなり、2人部屋に1人だったので予備のタオルもあった感じで、考え方によれば気楽になったような気がした。ここらへん、Daily housekeeping を必要とする人には不便かもしれない。

The front desk staff were rude. I had called in the day before to ask if we could drop our bags off early and if in our 2 rooms the sofa beds could be made up. Instantly when we arrived the Front Desk stafd began to wave his hands- we are full and busy and cant check in. I replied: sir we are here to drop our bags off and i had confirmed it was ok. He then agreed. Only one sofa bed was made up. I called down and asked for bedding for the 2nd room. Was told no. We had one duvet that was heavily stained..I asked for a new duvet. Duvet never came. There was no vegetarian breakfast options either. No fruit available. Basically yogurt, bread and eggs. Overall the location is great and close to the train station and the rooftop patio was beautiful. The smoke coming into the front desk was unpleasant. Maybe the patio should be non smoking so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

We indeed work with a weekly cleaning schedule: the rooms occupied for long stays (more than 7 days) get cleaned weekly, and the rooms occupied for short stays (less than 7 days) get cleaned before check-in. You may always request and extra cleaning service at the reception against a fee, but fresh towels are always available free of charge. Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from Antwerp Central station. Great shopping and food options within a few minutes walk. Room had a mini kitchen and that made things even better. Laundry room was free and so was the soap to wash your clothes. Staff were professional and courteous

A great stay - had a family room which was well equipped with a really comfortable bed. Good location - very close to train station and not too far to the Old Town. Friendly staff, pleasant reception area with coffee machine and pool table. Would go back if we visit Antwerp again

NOT considering staying here again
I wouldn’t consider staying here again, the beds are terrible, the rooms are so noisy, you can hear so clearly the voices of other people from other rooms, above, next to, and below. The staff was not friendly. In general I could say management is greedy on quality and little details, i.e if you want extra coffee pods they are charged 1euro, even though I stayed for 6 nights. It's clean, not spotless, there is laundry, close by the train station.

Front desk staff acts like they are doing you a favor and you work for them and not the other way around. Most black receptionists are very snobby and rude. God forbid you meet Gabrielle - black, racist and homophobic person - who hangs up on you, openly humiliates and makes fun. Hope the management fires her but again, since she is black she will continue to assault guests and get away with it. Hopefully the corporate reads this so they can get rid of her. The only positive thing is the Manager Gille and the location.

Het was een mooi hotel echter zijn er nog wel wat verbeter punten hier en daar. De verwarming/ventilatie maakte een storend hard geluid, ook zijn de kamers erg gehorig. Verder zag alles er mooi en netjes uit en vriendelijk personeel! Locatie vond ik top wel jammer dat je niet gratis kan parkeren bij het hotel, maar goed dat weet je van te voren.
