pros: amazing customer service. We did early check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They had entertainment for all age groups and so much food variety. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Cons: Rooms need renovation as bathroom door was not closing properly. Bathroom sink leaked water for sometime after using. They should have a seperate aircon as the one in the room did not cool the room and we were swearting during night. Also we were told online about airport transfer charges but when asked at the reception, it was so much cheaper.

Everything was nice apart from the room it was quite small for four people, the room outside view wasn’t good. Requested to change the room but they didn’t change our room. Toilet have the glass door, all the light used to shine out, disturbing others sleeping in the room. They never refill our fridge with water or drinks. Room service was really slow, called few times to get something.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this resort. The staff are wonderful and this by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!!! You have loads for kids to do, amazing dining experiences and the beach is breathtaking. I will have to come back again!

Excellent staff they make you feel comfortable and always willing to help. Big shout out to Vadet who worked at Bistro and Musut who worked at Bosphoros. My only recommendation is there should be more information about the hotel and activities should be given at checkin.

No good hotel
The hotel is dark and does not allow the sun to enter. I had a bed bug, which caused me great pain. This is due to the lack of sperm in the place. Also, the entertainment programs are weak.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt für eine Woche als Familie. Es war hervorragend. Essen war super genauso wie die Auswahl. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war absolut zuvorkommend. Entertainment für Kinder wie für Erwachsene war auch super. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Stayed with my family for a week and had a wonderful experience. Ambience is amazing and staff were very attentive. Only downside was room service is chargeable but apart from that we were very pleased and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Generally, lack of English speaking staff was the main issue. The housing department were very inexperienced. They put the dirty sleep ware back on the bed and did not change the bed sheets, we had to call the reception to get those changed.

Отличный отель,нам все очень понравилось,придраться не к чему.Огромный и очень красивый.Сервис на высшем уровне,доброжелательный и внимательный персонал.При заезде бесплатно повысили категорию номера.Питание разнообразное,все очень вкусно.Были во многих хороших отелях в Ларе,но этот оказался самым лучшим.Спасибо отелю,обязательно вернёмся!

Sehr gutes Hotel, riesiger Pool, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Auch das Hauptrestaurant mit Buffet ist recht hygienisch, da das Essen durch Glas abgedeckt ist und das Buffet durch das Personal bedient wird (man kann nicht selber schöpfen). Wir waren Mitte Oktober da, das Hotel war mittelmässig besetzt und so gab es immer genügend Liegestühle, Massagetermine am gleichen Tag etc. Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich sauber, insbesondere die allgemeinen Toiletten im Pool- und Restaurants-Bereich. Im Zimmer war der Boden unter dem Bett aber doch recht staubig und es lagen Smarties vom vorangehenden Gast unter dem Bett.

A very luxurious resort with nice facilities, wasn't crowded. Many available restaurants, half of them only were included in the original price. The main one serving breakfast lunch and dinner as an open buffet, food was clean and tasty, and they try to make differ different options every day. Check in was fast and smooth, we've got a free upgrade and we got our room in the 7th floor "highest" with a nice scene of the resort and the sea beyond. Water slides were humble and mainly in the kids' pool and open for only like 2 hours in the morning and alike in the evening. A little hit far from the city center, to get to Antalya with a taxi may cost like $20.

The resort has everything that one is looking for a vacation at a very high level. Beautifully decorated hotel, great food, an excellent working staff, a beautiful hotel lobby and lounge, amazing swimming pool. An excellent resort hotel that everyone should experience once in a life time or every year. Highly recommend this resort.
