The hotel layout is fantastic, with the large indoor courtyard and pool. The room was very large, the bathroom was standard. The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the room had a musty smell. We opened to patio door, which helped quite a bit. That and some air freshener fixed it by the next day. We didn’t call and complain, so not sure if they had a solution. The free breakfast was amazing.

Service was terrible as we stayed 3 nights, we ran out of conditioner in the room on the first night and kindly asked the staff to refill and was told it would happen, but never did, and then asked the next day and was told that would have to talk to a manager about that, but no one ever reached out again. Asked for laundry bags and more towels, told coming right up and never came at all.

We stayed here for my son second birthday. He absolutely loves the property. He loves the water, the pool and the hot tub. As parents of two small children it was very convenient and clean and close to Disney as that was the main reason we were therefore. Breakfast was great, but did not like the fact that we had a wait in line for Bacon, I understand food cost and waste But wish we did not have to wait in the omelette bar line. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay we will be definitely returning

Very disappointed. I made a mistake while booking and marked the wrong month. There was no reasonable understanding from Embassy Suits to change the dates on my reservation. Very disappointed! The reservation was for 4 rooms and 2 nights. Over one thousand dollars were waisted.

Everything from check-in to check-out was easy, quick, professional and smooth. When we had an issue with a room, it was quickly taken care of. The elevators are a little slow but there’s no need to rush and it’s safe. The employees treated everyone well, they were friendly and respectful. There was an issue with a men’s restroom sink in the lobby area and no paper towels but outside of those instances, the restrooms are typically well maintained.

I enjoy staying at ES as a solo traveler because of the breakfast served and the comfortable rooms. This specific location is in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpet is well worn and dirty. The upper walls and vents in the atrium are very dirty and covered in mold and dust. The room I had was clean and comfortable. However, the carpet was pulling apart from the walls and some of the cabinets were missing doors. The hotel is situated near a freeway which creates a lot of noise; especially if your room is facing the freeway like mine was. However, I sleep with a sound machine so the noise didn't bother me. It's in a pretty industrial area and there a few places close by to grab something to eat. They have a huge parking lot but charge $20 a day for parking. I think it's a way to squeeze a few bucks out of each guest. I also was charge $26.00 early check-in fee in spite of being a Hilton rewards member. It was just another way to squeeze some more money out of the guest. One of thing I did notice that I thought was somewhat petty is during breakfast, while other items like eggs, sausage and fruit are readily available, if you want a couple slices of bacon, you have to ask the cook. They keep a close eye on the bacon and don't want anyone hoarding it.

This hotel would be great if you’re not looking for a place to stay during your trip, but just to sleep. Overall it was a decent hotel, but I did have a few complaints. Breakfast was only served until 09:00 on weekdays, and being on vacation, I didn’t wake up until 09:00 most days, so we missed breakfast almost every day. Another thing that bothered me was that the sheets were not changed during our entire stay. The duvet had an obvious stain from something that was spilled, but it never got changed. Although they would make the beds everyday, you would think they would have noticed the stain on the duvet. Another thing that bothered me was that the pool was indoors and it reeked of chlorine. The pool area has no windows or ventilation so it made me lightheaded as soon as I walked into the pool area. I didn’t even bother swimming because of the smell.

They need to replace the gasket of the window i was place in one of the rooms facing the freeway and at nigh i feel like i was sleeping in the middle of the road it was so noisy that it was hard to sleep my husband check the balcony door thinking it wasn’t close correctly but it was and it was there when we noticed some of the gasket were broke maybe because they haven’t changed in a while just because this reason I wouldn’t book again in this hotel
