観光のために一泊
観光のため一泊。駐車場はホテル地下にあり直結しており利便性が良かった。に駐車場の通路は狭く、駐車するのに少し注意が必要。チェックアウト後も出発まで使わせてもらい、大変助かりました。部屋は清潔で快適だった。部屋はシティービューの2階で、夜0時ごろまで周辺のレストランの声が聞こえてきた。私は気にならなかったが、繊細な人は道路に面していない部屋を希望したら良いと思う。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーかつ親切で、非常に楽しく過ごせた。 国立美術館まで徒歩15分程度、アムステルダム駅まで徒歩15ふん程度と、観光しやすい場所。

この金額でこの程度の部屋かあ。 と思いました。アムステルダムは代金が高いのでしょうね。 Hotels.comで予約したからなのでしょうか。 暗くて寂しい部屋でした。シンプルといえばシンプルですが、絵の一枚もなく、宿泊前に検討していた別のホテルにすればよかったと後悔しました。 ホテルの朝食は充実して大満足でしたが、夕飯は量だけが多くて、美味しくはありませんでした。 心に残る親切をしてくれたのは清掃の担当者でした。

星付きのレストランやカジュアルなレストラン。カフェ、パンやチーズ屋さんなど便利。 入り口まで少し階段があるので荷物が重いと持ち上げるのが大変。 部屋は綺麗だがコンパクトで少し狭いように感じる。

優等生、的な…
ホテル到着が遅い時間になりそうだったので、多少割高感はあったものの安全第一とこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。 結論としては…まあまあ、ですかね。部屋は狭いながらも清潔で運河沿いのお部屋は雰囲気抜群でした。シャワーの水圧もオッケー、バスローブとスリッパもありました。あ、アメニティにヘアマスクも！(珍しい) ダム広場など歩いて行けて交通便利。朝ごはんもよし、特にパンケーキがオススメです。朝食会場のスタッフもとても感じが良かった。 これだけ褒めてなぜ「素晴らしいっ！」という評価でないのはお値段がちとお高いかな、と。なんせお部屋が狭いので…。 でもバランスの取れた良いホテルである事は間違いありません。

スタッフの対応が最高
母親と2人で滞在しましたが、スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくれました。 ツインルームでしたが、お風呂付きが良いと伝えると、その日は満室でしたが、翌日には部屋を移動させてもらえました。 スーツケースに荷物を入れておけば翌日帰った時にはスーツケースごと移動しておいてくれました。 パソコンはおいてなかったのですが、フロントのを貸してくれました。 また、3月で部屋が少し寒かったのでブランケットを2枚リクエストしたら、「部屋自体を暖めた方がいいからヒーターを持ってくるよ」と言って、小型のヒーターを貸してくれました。 小型なのに強力でとても助かりました。 ヒーターを貸してくれたホテルは初めてでした。 ダム広場にも徒歩5分ほどですし、立地もよく、ホテル周囲は治安もよかったです。 またアムステルダムに行くことがあったら、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and bars. Getting bags in and out of the hotel is tough with the stairs though since the lobby is up a flight of stairs. The bed wasn't very comfortable in a standard room (spring mattress) but otherwise the room was okay. The views are great and the location can't be beat.

Great hotel with a good location, lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep but not noisy. We walked easily from the central station so didn’t use any parking facilities. Good clean well prepared room, only thing that I could comment on, the windows in our room were quite high up and my wife not being the tallest could not see out, but this in no way distracted from our stay ( part of the charm of an old building ? ) The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful and a great buffet breakfast to top it all off. We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

Not having stayed in any of the other hotels in the heart of Amsterdam, I don’t have a good basis for comparison. I chose this hotel because my teenagers refuse to share a bed, so the twin beds were really appealing and worked out well. The room itself was fine for what we needed but felt WAY overpriced, but then again, it looked comparable to other rooms available in the same area at the same time. Location-wise, this was a good choice for us because it was close to the train station and within walking distance of the tram and bike rental shop (which helped in visiting other parts of the city we didn’t want to walk to), and the Anne Frank House. There are several restaurants nearby and a nice little café across the street for coffee and pastries, and it’s right next door to a wonderful little shop with croissants and freshly made stroopwaffles.

The room we stayed in had a high step into the bathroom without any indicator. I stubbed my toe really badly, and had to cancel our day trip to Utrecht because I wasn't sure if I could walk. I had to forfeit train tickets and tour costs. I reported this situation to the front desk, but no one in management ever reached out during our 5 day stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

This was our first time staying at an NH property. Location was good, and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and overall the hotel was well maintained. Based on our stay I would consider NH in the future.

Thank you so much for a brilliant stay! My daughter & I came for a 4 day/3 night stay. I want to thank Liz at the front desk so much, we showed up at 12pm and we explained we were exhausted & she said let me see if I can get you a room, & she did!! The rooms were perfect, excellent set up, spotless & would highly recommend. Also you are located at the best spot in the city, not sure why this hotel doesn’t always get 5 stars! Convenient location for walking the city for site seeing. Centrally located. The room was queen bed with city view. Very comfortable bed, size of room was very big for European standard. Staff was kind and responsive. Only one minus- the outside noise level on Saturday/Sunday. Outside noise woke us up both nights. No issue with noise Monday night during our stay. Recommend hotel !

Fantastic hotel & location
NH City Centre is in a fantastic location, everything is in walking distance. I needed a triple room and the room was very big with a great bathroom. Breakfast was included and the staff were super helpful!
