利便性良し
鉄道駅からも近く、空港からのバス停からも近く、とても便利だと思います。中央市場へ行くにもトラムに乗ってもよし、歩いても10分ぐらい。ショッピングモールもすぐ近くです。 アデレードはどのホテルでも部屋で無料Wi-Fiが使えるわけではないので、その点でもこのホテルは使い勝手がいいと思います。ただ、３人利用でしたがバスタオルが足りなかったり、そうサービスの良いホテルではありません。 23時以降は正面の自動ドアが閉まるので、その横から入るようになっていました。

アリーチェックインができるなど、チェックインではとても親切に対応いただきました。また、個人観光をするには、町の中心であり、市内観光に便利であり、さらには、バス停やアデレードカードメトロが近くにあり、とても便利な立地でした。とても残念なのは、アメニティーが日によって数、内容、種類、不足などがあったことです。

立地抜群のホテル
ランドルモールのすぐ近くで、観光するにはとても便利な立地でした。 wifiもあり、1階にはレストランもあり、コンパクトではありますが必要な施設はそろっているホテルでした。 １つ不満だったのは、私の部屋の窓から別の部屋の窓までが近く（また直角に位置していたため）プライバシーが無かったこと。 カーテンを開けていると、部屋の中が見られてしまうため、滞在中はずっとカーテンを閉めていました。

ロケーションは抜群です。バス、トラム、アデレード駅までも近くて便利です。ランドルモール、セントラルマーケット、チャイナタウンも徒歩圏内。 部屋からの景色は隣のビルの壁のみなのが残念でしたが。

交通が便利で、快適なホテル
夏に行きましたが、夜は肌寒いこともあり、バスタブ付きのお部屋は快適でした。空港からのバスの発着も目の前のバス停ですし、隣がインフォメーションセンターなので、本当に便利です。ベッドはフカフカですし、アメニティにコンディショナーも入っていたのはありがたいです。ティーセット、電気ポット、電子レンジも付属しています。非常にコスパの良いホテルです。

客室はきれいで、ベッドはふかふか。 24時間チェックインチェックアウトできるのは便利。 ドリンク、ポテトチップスは消費するとお金取られます。 駐車場は1日でホテルが用意してくれますが、1日あたり18ドルかかります。

Elegant lobby design, friendly and professional staff. The only issue was limited room service options (dinner only available 5:30-8:30pm, and nil gluten free options outside of this time).

The female concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and despite the mattress being quite soft, the bed was actually very comfortable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all main events/locations. Would definitely return when next in Adelaide.

Nice boutique comfortable hotel but showing a little age in places. Good central location. Great bed and TV, & short lift times! Staff are a bit aloof, no help with bags on arrival, no parking onsite but nearby. Overall, would probably stay again

Great location
The hotel is very central and very easy walking to Rundle Mall. Only downfall was the room was in need of an upgrade but it was sufficient for our needs Bed extremely comfy and very clean, staff extremely friendly

Very central - able to park, eat & catch the tram within only 2 mins of the Hotel. Friendly, efficient service made this a very pleasant stay.

Terrible rude unprofessional male reception
Terrible experience during check in. The male reception was rude and offered us not to check in and he will refund our payment. Told him it’s already 6pm and it’s Valentine’s Day me and my partner we have a dinner reservation. Rude and very unprofessional

Good central location. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool but very small. Also has laundry facilities available. The restaurant facility in the lobby was an affiliation and we felt rather a let down for the hotel.

Cheating staff stole our money!! Charged for items in minibar that we never had. No communication from staff about charge. Only found out by checking bank account. No refund or apology offered! Never staying again!!
