サッカー観戦のため4泊しました。最上階seaviewのツインルーム、広く、清潔で、快適でした。バスを使えばダウンタウンは15分圏内で便利です。深夜人通りが少なくなっても危険な感じはありませんでした。また、アブダビに行く機会があれば利用したいホテルです。ありがとうございました!

ホテルのスタッフさんはとても親切で素敵です。 ただ、設備の劣化が目に付きます。 カーテンの金具が外れていたり(伝えたものの直らず)、ドライヤーが止まらなくなったり(電話したらすぐスタッフが来てくれて、主電源を落とす?事で解決)、バスタブ近くのタイルに黒カビがきてたり。。。 お部屋のベットやソファーは重厚感があって良いです。 立地はビーチ近くなので海がお好きな方には素晴らしいと思います。 トータルとして、値段相応です。

アブダビには“ミレニアム・ホテル”と“グランド・ミレニアム・ホテル”というホテルがあるようで空港からのタクシーで何度も聞き返されました。

5つ星?普通のホテルでした。
建物は写真で見るよりも古く、期待していたプールも非常に小さく、快適そうではなかったので利用しませんでした。部屋の清潔さは普通だと思います。アメニティにはあまり期待しない方が良いです(特に女性の方)。 宿泊料金はそれほど高くないので文句は言えませんが、正直「これで5つ星なの?」という感じでした。経験上、他国の4つ星ホテルのほうが格段に素晴らしかったと思います。 ただ、ホテルのスタッフは皆さん気さくで、親切な良い方でした。その点に関しては非常に満足しています。

It was great stay overall but it wasn’t pleasant that guests receive call at 11am making sure they leave on check out time at 12. I could hear every room near my room receives the call at 11am. Guests are aware of the rule.

The hotel was ok. When we arrived at 2am we were checked in and taken to a room that someone was already in! We then had to wait to be moved and were given a non smoking room when we had asked for, and had confirmed, a smoking room. We were promised that we could change rooms at 9am the next day....but when we went to do this we were told there were none available. We eventually moved rooms at 10.30am, but only after complaining. After this, whenever we needed anything we had to phone 3 or 4 times before anything was done. One day our room wasnt cleaned eventhough we saw staff on our way out of the hotel and they said it would be done as we had no clean towels. Three phonecalls later to reception and we finally got some towels. The same with toilet rolls. It took 4 phonecalls for this. The valets, porters and breakfast staff were all lovely and helpful, but the rest of the service in the hotel was very poor.

Needs better maintenance
The hotel need a lot of maintenance and better cleaning ... Shower had hair from precios guests... The walls in the room had water stains, the TV never worked. The gym had about 3 broken cardio machines. Consierge not very helpful.

In many ways, the hotel was excellent as a place to stay, but as a five-star hotel, it was quite ordinary. The breakfast for example was a very nice spread but nothing special. The dinner buffet was similarly uninspiring. The actual room was very nice and we had a superb view of the gulf, but there was only one pair of slippers (not that we used any, but for a double occupancy room, there should be two pairs already there).

Stay in Abu Dhabi
The check-in process was very slow, after a 28 hour flight to Abu Dhabi, that the reception could not find my reservation, having trouble tracking down Hotels.com ref number etc. The hotel staff were very nice and upgraded my stay which was a good gesture. The local calls were not allowed from the room, and you cannot even charge them to your room, so you have to physically go to the reception, pay upfront and make the call from your room, which is inconvenient. Also, you cannot charge restaurant costs to your room, so have to pay every time after the meal. Nowadays, these expenses are allowed to be charged to the room, which makes the stay more convenient and you pay them off all when you check out. I guess this approach has not been adopted by this hotel yet.

Staff lovely, but not only was there only 1 hand towel for a DoubleRoom, no bath mat or Robes, empty tissue box & worn towels, BUT more importantly advertised as 5Star with Pool & 3 restaurants which were ALL SHUT except for the Bfst area (also average) but we were not advised about this & the rooms & bathroom look very tired & dated. Definitely NOT a 5 Star Hotel

I been using this hotel any time I’m visiting Abu Dhabi .. this is my favorite place to stay for their flexibility and amazing amenities. Wonderful staff and clean rooms .

The staff were not helpful, one of the female staff had terrible customer service, majority did not want to help you in answering questions about Abu Dhabi. The breakfast was shocking for how much you had to pay for it, very basic, eggs were not cooked, cereal tasted like cardboard, rooms missing towels and toilet paper, couch was ripped and wall paper falling down.

The front desk kept messing up my requests. I asked Sandra for two beds and she set me up with one bed. I asked for a late checkout and the key turned off at 11 and couldn’t get back in my room. Just frustrating to get anything right. Dining staff are very nice and accommodating

Lovely hotel worth a stay
The Corniche Hotel is located in a great location with easy access to different parts of the city and sights, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel and rooms are bright and kept lovely and clean. Our only negative comment would be that the end of the bath furthest from the shower head was extremely slippy. This meant you had to stay under the shower when washing or risk hurting yourself, but other than this the rooms and en-suites were lovely and spacious, modern and very comfortable. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Our only annoyance was on check-in, on saying to one of the receptionists we wanted to check-in we were made wait for 30 minutes+ only to be told no rooms were ready and to come back in a hour or so. The more annoying part of this was that others got rooms straight away. Waiting to check-in meant we wasted our 1st afternoon in Abu Dhabi. Other than this the staff were very good. We were B&B and the buffet breakfast was very nice. There was a good range of fresh foods, which were constantly kept fresh. Our only complaint here was that they allowed parts of the buffet to run down near the end of serving, which if you wanted a long lie meant you did not always get what you wanted. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the Corniche Hotel, but if you arrive early dump your bags with the concierge and go enjoy you holiday rather than trying to check-in.

The hotel and rooms are old fashioned and need renovation. When we received our room it was not fully ready and plenty of stuff were missing, so we kept calling the housekeeping. The staff were polite, though didn't exceed my expectations. We had half board booked and the food options were great and every day you could find some extra different stuff to try. It's not value for money, though it was the cheapest option in Abu Dhabi.
