「I needed to get to and from the airport outside of the shuttle bus service hours, but they provided a golf cart to and from the airport. The service itself was very very nice, but when I was being picked up, it was difficult to find the golf cart. I wish they could have been more specific about where to pick me up. The location they indicated was Gate 11, so I waited there for a long time, but in reality, I walked all the way to the right from Gate 11, at the end of Terminal T3.」

「A nice hotel to stay in, clean, and not bad hospitality. Few restaurants are around and a little bit far from the traffic station. 」

「The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options including Chinese and Western cuisines. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. 」

I couldn't do it on their website & didn't get responses from their email but the hotel confirmed everything through Expedia which was great. The buffets are amazing!! Really awesome place. 」

「Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...
