「My photo group stayed here for 3 wonderful nights. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with large pillows. The staff is excellent and attentive. The breakfast was awesome - very nice selection and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking the center of town. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay here again.」

「Morning and dinner menu」

「繁忙期ではなかったこともあり、ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。このホテルはハーフボード（2食付き）がお得だと思います。夕食はプリフィクスのコース料理で、味の方もなかなかです。ただ、チェックインのときは必要な情報は、自分から聞かないと教えてくれません。例えば朝食の時間とか。2度目の利用ですが、前回もそうでした。」

「We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. 」

「Breve soggiorno da ripetere. Spazi comuni ampi e ben disposti, sebbene alcune parti meriterebbero un'aggiornamento, il tutto è in ottimo stato di manutenzione. Anche le camere molto pulite e comode, tuttavia poco insonorizzate. Ristorazione con ampia scelta nei buffet di colazione e cena, buona scelta alla carta. Personale molto cortese. 」

「What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano.」

「Alles wunderbar! Superior-Zimmer top. Frühstück und Halbpension bestens mit großer Auswahl. Service im Restaurant exzellent, speziell Veronica! Leider kleine Abstriche beim Zimmerservice: 3x stand ein Zimmersercice-Mitarbeiter ohne zu klopfen bei uns im Zimmer! Das geht gar nicht. Und einmal wurde die Balkontür vom Zimmerservice offengelassen, so daß freier Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer ganztägig möglich gewesen wäre. Leider deshalb nur 9 Punkte, sonst 10 Punkte! Wir kommen gerne wieder.」
