「スタッフの対応がﾃｷﾄー！かなり広い敷地に家が並んでおり一つの町になっているくらい広いなかにある！地図を渡され車で行かないといけない距離にあるんだがスタッフがまったく関係ないとこをおしえてきていてかなりありえなかった　子どもがちょうど弱ってたんでさっさと部屋にはいりたかったのにスムーズにいかず最悪だった。二回目だったが一回目にとまった時のスタッフも適当でした。部屋はあたりはずれあり」

「Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. Every game in the game room was broken. We got the house dirty and spent a hour just cleaning the oven. There were no extra bath towels and no pool towels at all. We had to buy towels because we did not have enough. ACO management was horrible and did nothing to help. We have stayed in solterra 5...

I also like that we didn't have to check in with a physical person and could instead only reach out if we needed anything. 「Angela has a very beautiful home, communication with her was easy and she was always very responsive, the house was very well maintained, organized and clean, love the beds. Every time I go to a vacation I have a hard time going to bed, but in this house the beds are so comfortable that I didn’t woke up once. I was able to rest and charge battery for the next day trip to Disney!」
