「Near of the beach "La Ropa", it takes 5 minutes walking there, no need of communication with staff, they give you the keys for locked doors and open anytime. Very safe place, the best for relaxing. I did not hear any noise after 10pm.」

「Great space and a value if you are not looking for a ton of amenities. It took us a day to figure out, but there is a community refrigerator, freezer and kitchen area that can be shared by all guests. Having a coffee maker and bottled water dispenser on site would have been great, but we adjusted. It was very serene and safe. Would consider returning in the future. 」

「There are many better choices for places to stay in Troncones where the staff and management care about the wellbeing of the guests and the upkeep of the property. Regrettably, our toilet did not flush, the shower curtain fell continously off the wall, the bed was broken and semi collapsed when we sat on it, there were only 8 beach lounge chairs so we could not ever relax and enjoy the view, the foot wash was not filled dragging sand into our room, people who were not guests were welcomed to the...

「La atención por parte del personal siempre fué cordial; en cuanto a la limpieza del cuarto todo bien y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con servicios de luz, agua,gas o aire acondicionado. Con respecto a la comida del restaurante me gustaría que fuera más variado además de ofrecer en algún futuro servicio a la carta y servicio al cuarto. 」
