「From service to facilities, it was a terrible experience. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked. The way up to the receptions and the rooms is very steep, maybe difficult for less fit...

「Spacious and elegant rooms set in a large beach front property with beautful gardens.The restaurant is amazing, right on the beach, best buffet breakfast Ive had so far. Good sized pool, very clean. I loved this place!」

「This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. 」

「Fantastic place to stay with lovely people. Ihsan and Sim were super helpful and great to hang out with. The place cooks incredible food and has a restaurant on site to chill in and meet others. They helped us sort a boat trip to the 17 islands and a taxi on to our next place. I miss the pup Alor already! It was also great that they have students studying tourism working here to help them develop their English and customer skills. A 10/10 place! 」
