「The staff was very prompt and professional, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and it’s very quiet, which I enjoyed. There are lots of transportation options around. The hotel is very affordable too. 」

「This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay.」

「I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...

「Great place for a layover in Bogota or just to spend a couple days. Tons of bars and restaurants steps away, but not too loud at night」

「The room was simple, for the price had internet, tv, somewhat clean bed, clean sheets but one of the comforters they have us 2 was dirty so did not use. For 30 bucks dont expect 5 stars def a 2 star. Area isnt the safest at night. 」

「Para una estadía muy corta (Espera de conexión de vuelo) funciona, queda a 10 min en taxi del aeropuerto. Sin embargo tiene varios puntos a revisar: Tiene mucho ruido, no esta insonorizado, la limpieza es algo cuestionable, las camas están llenas de polvo, y no se parece mucho a las fotos que muestran. El servicio es algo mirar, te cobran 15 mil mas al registrarte.」
