In this workshop you will learn the essentials making fine chocolates and bonbons. How to make a good ganache, temper chocolate, mould a chocolate and decorate.
The workshop begins with a short explanation of cacao and chocolate theory and quickly moves to the hands- on section. You will be provided with a workspace and material to make, fill and decorate chocolates according to your taste. Your instructor will support you with step by step explanations and answer any questions.
At the end of the workshop you can taste the creations and take pictures for your socials.
