You will start with a tour of the winery, including an explanation of the winemaking process and the specifics of this vintage. You will taste the different wines currently being developed.

This will be followed by an introduction to the characteristics of the main grape varieties of the Bordeaux appellation. You will learn about their unique traits, what makes them distinctive, and gain a better understanding of the complexity of Bordeaux wines: the blending.

Using different single-variety wines, you will create THE wine that suits your taste, bottle it, and take it home with you!
