Due to these safety limitations, children under the age of 6 are not permitted under any circumstances, including situations where a car seat or booster seat is provided. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of your family, our drivers, and all other guests. Guests who arrive with children under the minimum age will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Assumption of Risk & Age Requirement Acknowledgment. By booking and/or participating in this tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Minimum Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 6 years of age. No Exceptions Policy: You acknowledge that this age restriction is a strict safety policy with no exceptions, regardless of whether a parent or guardian provides a child restraint device.
  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in an open-air vehicle tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sudden stops, turns, traffic conditions, and environmental exposure. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. Compliance Responsibility: You certify that all members of your party meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, including those related to failure to follow stated policies.
